We were welcomed by a waitress who was clearly new and not made for this job. Half of the menu was not available and communication in English and even in Spanish was difficult. Our bill had mistakes but were corrected easily. Not possible to pay with card. But food was really good and quick.

Everything was great, very nice owner! His wife cooked our food. The prices were reasonable and everything tasted very good

I think it translate to the "Painted Cow"; see my attached picture!! Based on previous ratings, we stopped here for dinner after touring the falls on the Argentina side. The owner and wife have Italian backgrounds, and the food is that flavor. But boy, is it really good. We ordered seconds of several dishes. Like many restaurants, then offer different... More

Rated as one of the top restaurants in Iguazu on TA, we booked a table via email with excitement. We read some of the reviews and noted the number which referenced the limited menu and eccentric owner. Amusingly, it seems these two traits have met near universal 5* approval (with just a few spoil sports unable to 'buy in' to... More

The food here was great. Homemade is always hard to top - the beef empanadas were awesome - best I have had so far in South America! The home made pasta was also great. Very friendly service - made sure we were looked after. The menu is useless - go with the recommendations they are fresh and tasty. Dessert was... More

Great food, and the host makes it a great experience. Lovely man. Very welcoming. Love the reclaimed decor! You won't miss it - look for the green cow in the window.

The owner is so charismatic and such a sweet guy- eager to please and make sure you leave with a happy face- and it works. Food is delicious. Steak cooked to perfection and their house potatoes are to die for. Great wine, delicious chocolate mouse dessert. Highly recommended.

Short version: just go and enjoy a delicious food! A cozy 10 tables restaurant where the owner (Mr Alberto) take the orders with kindness and joyful explanation about the dishes. He loves kids and my 2y son liked him too. Everything was great (couvert, grape fondue, fraudinha steak, artisanal pasta and hand made strawberry pie, everything for 710 pesos or... More

Don't expect to get out of here in less than a couple hours. The eccentric owner goes to every table and painstakingly describes each item on the menu for the day. Menu changes day to day. Great food that's different from the steak/pasta/pizza copycats everywhere else. Good wifi. A bit pricey.

Thank Paul B
