The ambience was excellent. A singer was performing. The set-up very romantic after a visit to the falls. The wine choice was excellent. The food of great quality and well-prepared. The service was without any reproach. This restaurant offers solid value and quality after you likely spent the day walking the Iguazu Falls Park. Sit down, relax, and enjoy.

Friends had recommended this restaurant. Service was good. However, the " bife de chorizo" , which should have been medium, was medium rare on one side, dry on the other. Argentinian beef is great, but this one was not tasty. Overall, not good cost/benefit. By the way, I went there for lunch, perhaps it's better during dinner time.

We have to wait for over 30 minutes to get a salad. The food was good though. But if you are hungry and want a quick service I wouldn t recommend it.

Better than Dama Juana next door. Most places in Iguacu all serve the same good but this is the best. Try the spinach papardelle and lava cake. Gnocchi also good.

Food was delicious but the waiter for us at lunch on a Wednesday was terrible. Not rude buy totally apathetic and inattentive. Also, asked to change an appetizer from one to the other but brought both instead. If you need some yummy food do it, otherwise I'm sure there's equally delicious food nearby with better service.

The hotel driver who took us to town from the Sheraton Iguazu recommended this restaurant, and he was spot on. La Rueda has had great reviews on Trip Advisor, and I have to agree it's worth making a reservation. When you first walk in, after climbing the stairs from street level, you are taken by the rustic charm of the... More

Tiring of steaks we had dinner here after perusing the menu over an afternoon Cervesa. I had a Surubi - the "local river fish" we know as Catfish - with crispy risotto and my wife had the Dorado. Both were excellent. The presentation was impressive and the flavors were interesting. We washed them down with a quite good Torrentes and... More

I am a professional tour guide and when asked about good restaurants, La Rueda is always among the top five in my suggestions. I just went yesterday with three clients who traveled throughout the globe and I was really happy that they really enjoyed this place, the food with it's special presentation and a beer called Patagonia. The food is... More
