....but I wouldn't rate it 5 star!! It it's a great place, seems always very busy which is superb....for us Europeans I guess we are spoilt for choice of restaurants and we do great steaks too....I would go back, my steak was delicious, staff very professional and attentive but it lacks of an atmosphere...lights too bright but I suppose it's... Aqva is very welcoming & attractive, with an extensive menu; however, there was no lunch or light menu offered at 1:30 p.m. Mains were somewhat overpriced, and although tasty enough, the meats (pork tenderloin & beef sirloin) were overcooked.

Puerto Iguazu is a small town and there aren't a whole lot of eating options out there. From the handful of restaurants in the main town we were led to Aqva by the yelp and TripAdvisor reviews. We went in for a late lunch and the place was pretty empty. Seated right away, our server brought us the English menu... More

We had dinner here twice during our three day stay in Iguazu. The first night we had fish and the second night we had bife de lomo. We shared a bottle of wine each evening. Both entrees were perfectly cooked. The fish was a welcome change from all the beef in Buenos Aires. The wine selection is ample and the... More

We arrived early, and enjoyed a beer while we decided what to have. There is a nice ambience, with lots of timber. The three mains all looked great, a huge juicy steak, locql river fish, and salmon cooked in foil with its vegetables. Their Creme Brulee had been lauded on the net, but we dound it disappointing, very small portion,... More

We went on a Saturday night, and were surprised that they were asking everyone for reservations (we went a little earlier, ~5pm, and the place only had a few tables occupied). They sat us near the door, and heard as they asked every single group f they had reservations - which basically no one had. Pros - the food was... More

Very good food and great environment. Slightly understaffed for the number of customers to offer the service that requires 5 stars.

Amazing food: a bit pricey but so is the rest of the town. Well worth the spend! We were lucky to get there early as later on they had to turn people away. Service is a bit slow but on par for most places we visited in Argentina. Would highly recommend.

We went for dinner on a Sunday. We were pleased to see that the restaurant was full of customers (tourists and locals). We were asked to wait for 5 minutes before we were seated at a table upstairs. The staff is really friendly and the service is good. We paid 40€ (640ARS) for 2 starters, 2 main courses (1 salad... More

Aqva was busy with many family groups in attendance when we went one recent week night. That turned out to be surprising as this wasn't a cheap night out, although maybe they had a kids menu we didn't see. We had a steak and pork dish. The former was disappointing. My partner practically committed surgery on the steak to find... More
