Very busy place, specialising in BBQ which is brought to your table on a little grill with hot coals underneath. Quick waiter service, extensive menu and live music on Monday night, with a full house.

It’s an Argentine restaurant with a good environmental and good food, I ordered a steak and asked for medium but came a little bit less than I like. The sides are rich, big and a lot of food. I recommend the entrée, the blood sausage is perfect.

Pleasantly surprised as some of the reviews I had read were a mixed bag. We had the steak for two as well as a mixed salad and two enormous glasses of wine. The steak was tender and juicy and perfect by itself. The sausages were excellent as well.

Many information about the crowdness due to it's to be considered a tourist place (many vans, buses) but I was there in a Monday night and it was very nice, service and food. Before eating at the restaurant, try to pass by a small wine shop, next to restaurant to buy good wine at accessible prices.

I have been to Tio Querido a few times and still find it a great Restaurant. The food is very good, the prices are very good but they could improve the service and also could improve the acoustics and sound system. They have live music and dancing and it can become pretty loud! This last time the service wasn't as... More

After being in Mendoza for several days we had very high expectation for steaks. The place had a good atmosphere, there was live music which I believe starts around 8 or 9pm. We visited during the off season and still the place was at capacity around 10pm. I would definitely recommend a reservation or come early to get a table.... More

After a great meal the night before we went to El Quincho on our second night in Puerto Iguazu. Food was overcooked, service pretty average. Why did so many Argentinian and Brazilian restaurants we came across cook meat you need a chainsaw to cut through. The music and atmpsphere was ok but food pretty disappointing. There were 4 of us... traditional music and locals! we got the mixed grill, it was delicious- but i guess the offal style cuts aren't great for westerners. Good service.
