Incredibly genuine and restored 'rancho' experience with fantastic wine and vast assortment of food that you have to see and experience to believe. Gorgeous settings, wonderful service and excellent food. You start the meal with a variety of pre-prepared little bowls of an astonishing variety of foods: rice, millet, beans, roasted sweet potato, delicious pickled eggplant, carrot, olives, sun dried... We had a weekday lunch here based on a recommendation from the hotel concierge. I let him know afterwards that this place should be off his recommend list. Its set menu, always the same. You cannot order all a carte. Everybody eats the same thing. You are escorted into your own private dining area with the table already set with... More

It's the perfect place to go with a group of friends or work partners. Special regional food, very well made and presented, specially the "nibbling" part. You can also learn a little bit of professional wine tasting!

We chose the option which included a main course (beef stew and a plain tomato pasta) but we really didn't need it. There are so many starters that they literally cover the entire table - it's amazing! The menu is set but the starters are mostly vegetarian (only the cold meats and 1 other meat dish that I couldn't eat)... More

Was fortunate enough to eat here for lunch when my wine tour guide took us here. We thoroughly enjoyed it. All the appetizers that are offered, I can't imagine anyone wouldn't find things they like. Just know it's all appetizers--no full meal that I remember. Thanks Pedro for taking us here!

I had the pleasure to have lunch at Cava de Cano with a bunch of friends recently. When I walked in an saw all the appetizers on the table, I was almost in shock. Cheese, meats, vegetables of many types, nuts, everything. The empanadas were among the best I had in South America, and the beef stew was delicious. A... More

We had a great evening here, filled with more food than we ever could have eaten. It's not gourmet but the wide range of choices, endless wine and private setting for our group made for a wonderful time. The cocktails and cigars at the end of the night were a nice touch. I was also surprised by how inexpensive it... More

We dined here as part of a winery tour. Our expectations were blown away... especially with the amount of food provided. Don't eat breakfast before going... and be prepared for plenty of wine.

Our B&B owner recommended this for dinner, and it did not disappoint. A private dining room is set up in an old winery, and every square inch of the table is filled with food. We enjoyed a great red wine with dinner, as well as a variety of pickled vegetables, cheese, cured meats, and breads....and that was just the first... More

We stopped up here while cycling around the local wineries. They set us up on a little terrace on our own and brought a platter of meats, cheeses, bread and salad, accompanied by a very pleasant drop of chilled red in an unlabelled bottle. This was all excellent and was followed up by a very tasty dish of beef slow... More
