At last a professional run place. Excellent arquitecture, a simple menu, but very equilibrated. Even they have the menu translated. They know how to prepare cocktails, serve a perfect expresso or even a sandwich. Would say that is the best place in Mar Del Plata, excellent the waiters. Great experience.

Sainte Jeanne offers a broad menu selection for lunch and dinner with superb Argentine beef (of course!) but also wonderful salads and risotto. Upscale and great service.

Sainte Jeanne was just what I was looking for along the elegant and fashionable Guemes St. The menu del dia offered an entrecote at a reasonable price. It was great and included a pumpkin soup and pureed sweet potatoes. This seemed to be one of the few fine dining options for a noontime meal in the area. I would readily... More

Service was excellent, and there is a mall menu with elaborate dishes. We had some shirp and salad as apetizers and fish dishes as main courses. They were all good to excellent. The pace is warm and quiet. There is an ourdoor seating area facing the street, but it was cold in the evening so was not being used in... More

We assumed that Sainte Jeanne was a French restaurant. Not so. Their only claim to French fame was a creme brulee. But notwithstanding, it was one of the finest meals we had eaten in Mar del Plata. An elegant and subdued-lighting dining room, nicely spaced tables and menus in English as well as Spanish. When my order of swordfish arrived,... More

I found this restaurant thank's to Trip Advisor. Lately I am little skeptical in restaurants out of the traditional Argentinian food circuit either in Buenos Aires or others parts of the country, but this one really caught my attention. Located in the most venerated shopping venue in Mar del Plata( Guemes Street) this Patisserie/Restaurant/Bar deserves the visit of the connoisseurs.... More
