Lovely sidewalk location on leafy Cerviño, wonderful staff and creative, fresh sushi. Also had wonderful experience with order and pick-up, food was ready and waiting at the agreed-upon delivery time (seems like it should be but that has not been my experience at other sushi...places in Buenos Aires, including Dashi).More

Our sushi and the chicken and rice dish were delicious. The wait staff were friendly and helpful, and patient with our limited Spanish.

Paru is THE Asian-Inca fusion food restaurant. They offer distinctive ceviche, both because of its taste and quality of products. They also have an incredible variety if sushi, all of them delicious with unique ingredient combinations. There's not a specific one to recommend, just try...all of them. Cocktails are also delicious. It is a bit expensive (expect to spend 500-700 ARS for main course+drinks+shared dessert - ref. 2017), but it is really worth it. Not only for the food they offer but for the excellent service provided and the confort of the place. It is located in beautiful Boulevard Cerviño in one of the most trendy and exclusive neighbourhoods of Palermo, next to the former Zoo. I think it only opens at night, and if you want to go in a warm night or Friday/weekend, I recommend to make reservations.More

We had dinner in the upper part of the restaurant where they have one big table for 8 or 10. The food was wonderful. Really tasty. But omg the smell. It smelled like poo. They said nothing about it and received no apology. We were...glad when we left because we could breath easily.More

Four friends sharing 3 sushi rolls and 2 ceviche plates. Fantastic plates and flavours, we did not even want to use any soy! :) Really nice atmosphere and attentive service, even easy for us to split the bill in two and pay by credit card....Including 2 big beers and a Pisco Sour the bill ended up on 2000 $ARS.More

The Ceviche is unbelievable - so is the Pisco Sour, unfortunately the service people don´t know the menu, so if you don´t know peruvian cuisine you wouldn´t be able to get a good recommendation. Unacceptable for the price you are paying.

We were looking for a different meat/pasta/pizza option near by and this place blow us away! Rolls size are good enough, combinations are great and place is very nice. We try 3 different rolls (teriyaky, dos sakes, salmon philly) three of them were very delicious...and well prepared. Definitely we will be back to try more options. This is a good place for salmon lovers...More
