Nice location for a summer night. Service could be better. Nice wine list but you are in Argentina no? We shared a piece of meat, the Las Lilas Rice and Vegetables. The breads are really good. One half bottle of wine. Total USD$110. Good but expensive! Not sure if the value is there for what you get

This restaurant is large, but the food, drink, ambiance and service are all exceptional. Many of the steaks were offered in half portions (e.g. 180 grams). The meats were cooked and seasoned to perfection, and were both tender and flavorful. We also shared a wonderful side of grilled onions. Several complementary items were included, such as a glass of champagne,... More

large rest with enjoyable terrace and water view. Good choice to have a taste of good argentinian meat. I had the ojo de bife and the meat was tender and flavoury. Sufle de papas was an unusual way of fries. The selection of warm breads is delicious, Service is very slow.

Large and beautiful right on the river, and with a great view of the grill as you walk to your table. There were 6 of us for dinner. I'll mention this first : they immediately put down a plate of cheese and pickled eggplant and sliced salami, which we did not order but when I questioned it on the bill... More

Great location in Puerto Madero, waterfront. I tried the 380g Ojo de Bife (ribeye steak) with grilled veggies and home-made fries, accompanied by an excellent local Malbec! Starter is not necessary after a home-made bread with salmon, caprese salad, grilled eggplant. Finished with a ristretto and got offered a glass of champagne, sweets platter and grappa from the house. Great... More

We went here the night after dining at La Cabrera. We ate dinner very early because we were going to a tango show at El Querandi after we ate dinner. We were a party of 8 The service was excellent and the steak far better than what we had previously. The sides were also excellent. Everyone seemed to like what... More

We came here in the afternoon and have a lovely early dinner. The food was very good but we ordered way too much and couldn't finish it. I love the location being on the river front. Our waitress was very good and had a great personality

Amazing steak in Buenos Aires' best steak house. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. I had the NY strip loin steak which was called something else on the menu - I can't remember. It paired really well with a Malbec wine.

Been there 10 times. Since 2001 my first. Since 2012 went from great to terrible. For Argentinian is Pricy and food went from great to bad. Small meat and not well done etc... service is good. Nice location and comfortable. But food is really bad now. You will find at least 20 places better for the price of this place.... More

Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighborhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighborhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolize this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
