Good variety. Pasta is homemade. Portions are huge. Prices are reasonable. Just be advised they are cash only. Our preferred pasta dishes here are fusilli al fierrito and sorrentinos.

Good food, good atmosphere, honest service. Compares favorably versus our typical favorite Italian restaurants in the New York that we've frequented. Surrounding neighborhood is not so high end, so you may not want to talk to/from.

Wonderful little restaurant in a quiet location. Nice waitstaff who speak a little English (though are timid about it). I've been twice with my girlfriend, once on a Sunday and again on a Saturday, both for lunch. Sunday was packed, we got the last reserved...More

Pierino is an old classic of Almagro. Excellent pasta and a good selection of wine. A bit pricey though. They accept cash only 
