As starter, Nem was quite good. For main dish, I ordered noodles with seafood, and in the menu was detailed as 3rd level spicy food, but was not as spicy as I imagined. Was OK, but not as good as I was expecting (too mixed, like a salad). They have an acceptable list of wines, I decided for beer they... More

It's expensive. Food was very good, service was very good, the place is OK (not fancy, just OK). Worth highlighting: if you ask for the *** spicy dishes, they are really spicy (which is not very common in Argentina). But be aware that the dishes are more expensive than you would expect for a place like this.

What a find! We had planned on going to a Chinese restaurant on our final week in Buenos Aires but it was a Wednesday and the two we wanted to visit were closed. So we decided to give Sudestata a try and we are so glad we did. The chef/owner could not have been more welcoming and the food amazing,... More

Friendly atmosphere, nice and polite but still cool and young service. We had the nem as a starter and it was fantastic. For main course we had the chicken and the arañita (really spicy beef) and it was spectacular too. They offer a good range of cocktails and wines, but we decided to have an artesanal beer which went really... More

Argentine food overall is fairly simple, the meat speaks for itself so there isn't a lot of spice. That's why Sudestada was a great break from all the meat! Lovely Vietnamese food, small cozy restaurant and always exemplary service! (The tips in Argentina are about 10% for wait staff) Sebastian was a great host and an asset to the restaurant!

Went for lunch and had the menu which the say changes only 6-8 weeks so for vegetarians there are only a few things. However it was really good and everything had peanuts in it.

Two visits here and both times had the house Green Curry, deliscious and hot in both taste and temperature. Rib starters also devine. Nce contemporary atmosphere with very efficient friendly staff.

I must have had over 30 meals at Sudestada in the past 10 years. That's how much I love the place, and that's how much it remained consistently great. The first ever South East Asian restaurant in Buenos Aires (don't be fooled by Green Bamboo), it never made concessions or was condescending to the conservative Argentinian palate. Instead, the chefs... More

We've been in Buenos Aires for 3 months now and generally we've been pretty impressed with the range and quality of the food. However we were beginning to crave something genuinely spicy. At last we found it at Sudestada. Not scary, blow your head off spicy but with enough chilli heat to give that kick that we'd been missing. It... More

This restaurant was recommended by Lonely Planet, but the guide didn’t prepare us for how terrific the food would be! The pork-shrimp dumplings and vegetarian fried rice were better than we’ve had anywhere--and sharing one appetizer and one entrée was more than enough for two. The food is not traditional for any one country of Asia; the chef brings some... More

The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
