Great place on the water in Puerto Madero. The sushi is some of the best I have had in quite some time and I tend to eat it quite often when I am traveling. There are some pretty unique rolls on the menu along with noodle and rice dishes. The wine list is pretty good and the service was excellent.... More

This place needs a more well written review that tells the facts before you waste your money. First of all no Japanese people work at this restaurant. No Japanese Beers are served at this restaurant. No Japanese sake is served here either! No EEL whatsoever Salmon and Tuna are the only fish listed on the menu and the tuna is... More

I love this kind of restaurant so I am not 100% objective, but the location, style, variety of food and quality are great, not just the sushi. Romantic and stylish as well. Highly recommended

If you like meat, this is the place to go to. A very popular 'all you can eat' buffet, which is why we struggled to get a table. We weren't alone in this - there were many others waiting at reception with us - even though it's such a large restaurant! Mostly locals too. It's in the plush Puerto Madero... More

Do not go in here expecting a regular upscale sushi restaurant as you see them in the US or Europe. The amount of creamcheese they use is insane. It isn't good when you pay 2500 pesos and the best thing you had was a Stella. The only good thing we got was a squid starter with focaccia bread. The food... More

If You are tired of Argentine typical food, This japanese restaurant is an excellent alternative: tasty Maki and Sushi are served. Rich dessert menu. Tea selection could be better and there could be more hot main dishes.

Argentina has basically 3 categories of Sushi restaurants, Top rated, about 4, Mid-Tier, about 4-6, and Low-Tier everyone else, whereas in my opinion in the US the majority of the Sushi restaurants are consistently mid to hi-tier, fairly similar in quality and very similar in price. Having said that I would not go out of my way to eat Sushi... More

Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighborhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighborhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolize this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
