Excellent place for a drink on wednesday. Friendly atmosphere, many great people and a fancy bar. Go for the mojito.

Stopped over after dinner for a few drinks, desserts, coffee etc. Worth a stop if you are in the Palermo area because the outdoor area is very cute and the staff are good too.

After dinner with some excellent wine we wanted to go for a drink. The waiter at our restaurant told us about this place. I liked the look of the place and it seemed to have a nice, maybe some what young, crowd on a friday night. We took a seat at the bar and wanted to order some wine. The... More

I have lived in Buenos Aires for seven years and during that time I have never been treated as rudely by a server as I was tonight having dinner at the Rio Cafe. I speak passable spanish and, to start off with, he brought me an english menu. I started to joke that I spoke spanish and before I uttered... More

The staff were great, the food was good and diverse - we had a really good Thai salad and Argentine mains. There is not a huge menu, but it is well put together. I liked the quiet atmosphere, a DJ started setting up at 10pm just before we left, so I don't think it was going to stay quiet for... More

We just stop by to have a coffee, don't be intimated to go in when you get to the door, they have an unusual coffee look and people just think its a club, go in and get a seat, they have a nice place to relax and also an amazing patio in the back, coffee was great and the desserts... More

Music was too loud. Drinks were perfect (you must try their Marakusha Caipiroska). Order took too much time to arrive. Service is something that the should improve!

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
