Wonderful evening courtesy of Chila. We did there three course tasting menu. I was surprised how much I liked a potato dish as my starter. My duck was perfectly cooked and looked amazing on my plate. Cheese service done by Victor was top notch. And to top it off with a perfect soufflé, what a night. Another great memory from... More

Beautiful atmosphere. We choose the 7 steps tasting menu with premium wine pairing. Very good mix of textures and tastes. Perfect wine pairing..Upscale price, but upscale restaurant as well.

We were three persons and we all decided on the three steps menu. The food was delicious, the choices were varied and the attention was perfect in every detail. It is an expensive place, but worth a visit if you care for a sophisticated experience.

We enjoyed our first night dinner in BA at Chila. It's a modern sleek restaurant on the water in Puerto Moderno. We only did the three course tasting menu which was enough food for us. The portions are not small. This is definitely one of the more expensive restaurants by BA standards but if you want a well cooked and... More

If you are for a few days in BA and would like to really discover the taste or essence of the city this is not the place to go. I didn't felt any connection with the place , the ambiance is a bit too formal so this might be good for corporate type of dinner but far from ideal if... More

What a fabulous night we arrived early and was shown a great table the waiters were very attentive and we're able to explain the menu in detailed English. This restaurant was a surprise from beginning to end and it was a real standout. On leaving we were given a jar of jam which made our night just fabulous we would... More

Ok, everyone knows that you eat very well in BA. But this place goes above! It's a French cuisine with Argentinian influence, so sophisticate, so elaborate and perfect service. The only other restaurant in Latan that I could compare would be DOM in São Paulo. Worth the money, worth the visit, worth the food!

Situated in the trendy, and busy Puerto Madero area, Chila stands out as relaxing, high end restaurant with highly trained and professional staff. Ranked as the 32nd best restaurant in Latin America in 2016 our expectations were high and we weren't disappointed. The service staff were excellent throughout. Not intrusive, but attentive. The food itself was superb. There is a... More

We had a lovely meal with great service at Chila. The attention to detail and the delicate dishes were a highlight. The creativity and tastes were exceptional. I have been to many restaurants w tasting menus and to several Michelin starred restaurants w the same. This was a positive experience that parallels or surpasses others. My only disappointment was not... More

Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighborhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighborhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolize this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
