About 2-3 blocks from the American Embassy, a favorite with the diplomats. Packed for dinner and on weekends not so much at weekday lunches. Has charm, great steaks and old school waiters. We had the rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding here a few years...More

Excellent local restaurant and Parilla. Not a tourist destination. Very good neighborhood place with a large number of local loyal clients. It is not a small place. Limited hours. Good food.

Sorry to say that I'm not sure. We went in the evening on a week night. They don't seem to have a website but perhaps some of the guides (Fodors, Lonely Planet or BA tourism) might have this information. Good luck.
