after a 2.5 yr absence from BA.
We arrived for lunch after 1PM.......except for 2 occupied tables and then us the DR was pretty empty. By 2:15 the business guys began showing up.
Same waiters.....and of course, the same owner/manager at the register.
We had visited Vasco Frances several times before and allways found it to be above the average of Spanish restaurants in a city that offers so many great choices of the specialty.

This is an expat club in the centre of Buenos Aires, near the Obelisco. You can expect very good fish and tortilla de papas. The place is quite big with profesional waiters. You might as well make a reservation.
