The service was very good and the food wonderful. Recommended is to share several dishes between a couple. There even is a lady that will read the message behind your coffee leftovers ...

Cosy ambiance with candles, perfect service, tasty and originals meals, average+ prices, possibility to smoke some narguilé outside the place. Very nice place if you want to eat meals from Middle East !

El Manto gets a big A for effort. The decor and atmosphere are perfect. The waiting staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Gustavo, the manager, is a natural host. The Armenian fare is well done and served delicately.

I've been here over a month and was looking forward to trying this out. What a bad idea! The food was utterly bland and overpriced. It doesn't come close to nearby Sarkis where the food has flavour and costs a 1/4 of the price. The only saving grace was the attentive and pleasant waiting staff.

Having worked in the middle east I was surprised how good this food was, the bread, the leban, the humus and the lamb, everything was delicious. The Colombian guy overseen the place really makes you feel comfortable and wanting to come back, excellent service, always alert of the needs of the clients.

tasty armenian/arab dishes. delicious assorted breads. desserts are the least impressive section of the menu, but anyway, it has been a nice experience. It's not the best place in Buenos Aires to enjoy eastern food (and definitely, one of the most expensive, but its very intimate ambient and friendly staff make it enjoyable).

We are going quite oft in El Manto, and we are glad to find there every time good food, very friendly environment and attentive service. As we also traveled in Lebanon and Jordanian, and tried different tiles of oriental food, also a few Armenian restaurants, we were very glad to find in El Manto high quality original Arabic food, and... Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
