I've enjoyed Cayton's happy hour on several occasions. The view is phenomenal especially at sunset. The hamburgers are amazing.... worth going back for. Excellent cocktails! I've enjoyed every meal I've had at Cayton's. I love the outdoor fireplace and fire pits. Excellent, friendly service.

Usually, we play golf, when at Dove Mountain Ritz Carlton, but this time, we just dined at Cayton's, and basically for their great Burgers. We did some on-property, at Ignite, and Turquesa, but Cayton's Burger Bistro just "does it better," hence their name. The Cowboy Burger, with Smoked Brisket/Beef Patty/Vinegar Slaw, Cheddar/Onion Rings/Bourbon BBQ Sauce is the way to go... More

I dined here 3 times recently while staying at The Ritz. Of all of the restaurants on the property this one is the best. The service was professional and attentive. The food was well presented and flavorful. And creative, the salads were fresh and interesting. I think it was called the cowboy burger and it was packed with ingredients, just... More

I usually try to visit the top rated burger joints in each city I visit. In Tucson, Cayton's at the Ritz-Carlton has risen to the top of many reviews, so out I went. First of all, it's not in Tucson proper, it's about a 40 minute drive into the desert (a very beautiful desert). Cayton's itself is not at the... More

We were staying at the Ritz Carlton and decided to have lunch here since Ignite was full. We sat outside to great views. I had the Beet Salad and some Sweet Potato Fries and my husband had the Buffalo Burger. Everything was quite good. The cocktails were exceptional. My only problem was with the service. Our waiter seemed young and inexperienced,... More

Fantastic food overall. The burgers and shakes are their speciality and it shows because they're awesome. The problem is if you're part of a large group. The first time I ate here I was part of a party of 3 and there were no problems. The second time I was in a party of 15, which I understand can be... More

Six of us went there to celebrate a birthday. We sat inside due to a rainstorm but they have a large patio. It's a feel good, upper scale location, which is down to earth as it's next to the golf course. Several families were there with children and other tables held golfers. Service was very professional and attentive. Lacy took... More

We had a table on the patio and the sunset views were amazing. Their burgers are amazingly yummy but huge.
