Please check their website and FB page as they seem to be looking for premises. Have been wanting to try in last few years as the writeups were great, but they were seldom open. Building now demolished!

A lot of work and thought has gone into this place. And they have done a great job. Who knew that you could fuse French and Goan food?

La Poisson Rouue is a chic restaurant, just after the Baga Bridge, with al fresco dining. Its describes itself as Creative Indo-French cuisine! It claims this correctly. We have been to Le Poisson at least 3 times, if not 4..Goa memories are usually fuzzy! The feel of La Poisson is Urban Goa Cool, while it still retains its chic factor.... More

Authentic French food. Helpful staff and will guide you accordingly to your taste preference. Limited variety for vegetarians and abit overpriced. Mosquitos were a bit of a problem but they provided repellent and coils instantly.

Excellent food and service. Verry romantic place. Situated near Baga beach, but is a quiet and small place. The owner is french and give you a fantastic combination of French taste and Indian groceries.

Really nice evening in lovely surroundings. Not cheap mind so don't go for a quick meal or with kids. Ate there in 2014 although having just been back in March 16 it looked like it had shut and was under renovation.

Le Poisson Rouge is one of the only top quality restaurant in North Goa, with a French Chef that wants to propose a top quality service and food. The food is original, a good mix between French and Indian. Went there in March, everything was perfect except the fact that we were alone the full night, which gives a bad... More

THE most enchanting palm tree garden restaurant ever. Ok the service is slow but who cares. This is laid back Goa which is timeless. Fabulous creative dishes which are well presented. Large array of choices. By Baga Bridge if you are taking a Tuc Tuc or a taxi. Wonderful traditional Wc up a garden path which has an old wooden... More

Le Poisson Rouge is the flagship restaurant of French chef Gregory Bazire, and just a walk down from our little resort on the Baga River. Dimly lit, the lush green shrubbery seemed to encase us from the honking outside. The menu is French-Indian-Goan, perfectly cooked dishes in a classic French style with local flavours. It might sound like a well... More

Excellent place with great food. Decor and ambiance very nice. The liver pate was superb. Staff are willing to serve but communication needs to be better. They have a great wine selection.
