Outstandingly delicious lunch, excellent service, stunning situation. A must do experience!

We booked mid-week for Saturday lunch and got the last table. We chose the Raats Chenin Blanc which was superb; we had the wok-fried yellowtail which was wonderfully full of flavours. So clever. I have previously been to Indochine and it was absolutely amazing, this time however I was a little disappointed. The food was nice but somehow all the flavours and items fell short of my previous experience. Almost every dish had the same leafy and flower garnish so the flavour of the garnish got a bit repetitive. It seemed to not... More

We had a lovely dinner for 2. We picked the set menu and it was fantastic. The chef came to our table to ask if everything was alright and after the we got an extra dish to taste. That was prob the best dish of them all! Tripadvisor gives this place 4 euro signs but compared to European prices this... More

The stand alone restaurant is at the very end of a climbing road off the top of Helshoogte pass. You drive past the most stunning views on both sides of your car, far down into Franchhoek on the left and Cape Town in the distance on your right. What a view! The food is Asian inspired and varies a lot.... More

Our dinner at this restaurant was absolutely magnificent. Prior to our dinner we were very excited about the interiors of the restaurant and the Asian inspired food. Well I can honestly say that nothing disappointed. I’m not going to go into too much detail, but all aspects of the evening was perfect. The food, the service, the wine, the waiters,... More

We went with a group of friends. The setting is simply stunning, a top class restaurant in a top class hotel, surrounded by a beautiful vineyard. I had springbok for my main, so tender, great texture and flavour. Had pumpkin custard desert, wow. And the lovely sommelier recommended a great cabsav. Everything about this restaurant is superb, I strongly recommend... More

Part of the Dellaire-Graff Winery, this is a stand-alone restaurant with beautiful décor and great food. I was expecting Vietnamese fare (which I love, as it combines French influence with unique Vietnamese flavors) but it was (is) Asian cuisine at large instead. The service is first-class, the (local) wine reasonably priced and out-this-world, the serving room roomy but intimate, the... More

The decor at this wine estate is second to none. We tried the Indochine restaurant and the food were simply delicious and with lots of flavours besides the nice settings and service.

Our first visit to this restaurant was a few years ago and included little more than taking in the ambiance. Naturally when considering someplace special for my 30th birthday my darling wife remembered the appeal of the place. It was also one of the few restaurants open on a Sunday evening. Situated at the foot of Botmaskop overlooking the lush... More

3 of us had a fantastic dinner overlooking the terrace at sunset . The bird sculpture on the ceiling is something to see The food was exquisite, all the vegetables are locally grown and the service was impeccable The shock came when we got the bill, it was less than I would normally pay for just drinks at any restaurant...
