We have now been to Cafe Throbb on 3 occasions and can no longer keep it as our little secret. The food is absolutely outstanding, simple but special. We had breakfast 3 times at cafe Throbb durning our stay in Knysna. The fresh juice, coffee and breakfasts are divine. Would really recommend them.

We arrived in Knysna at lunchtime and wanted a quick meal before checking into our hotel. My wife spotted Cafe Throbb and the rest is history. Must try is the Berry Crush!! Wow Great ambiance. Off the beaten track. We didn't eat but food looked great and great service!

Served great coffee when we were there and the carrot cake was delicious. Service with a smile- a great place for a mid-morning break from walking around Knysna.

Café Trobb serves Truth Coffee, of which we are huge fans. And the absolute cherry on top was the enticing variety of breakfast options. I ordered the Country Health breakfast, but did not want any bacon, which they replaced with a poached egg - free of charge. We visited Café Trobb two mornings in a row & were very happy... More

You need a break?best place for cheescake and icecoffee in knysa is here. Try homemade drinks and food. Ortherwise you miss something.

We have formed the habit of coming for breakfast - have tried lots on the menu & all delicious ranging from healthy to filling- something for everyone! The staff are very friendly & helpful . We also appreciate the free wi fi. Would thoroughly recommend it
