Great place to try a "bunny chow" - this is a local specialty and this is a great inexpensive option for lunch. Staff are friendly and took the time to explain options despite the lunch time rush! Enjoyed dining with the locals.

I often buy a beans bunny from Patels for lunch and have been eating their veg curries for years. They are well priced freshly prepared and the tastiest I've eaten having lived in Durban for 27 years.
