I visited Milk Plum Cafe for dinner after a long day of conferencing in Pretoria. This is a great place for evening events. It is tucked away in a peaceful environment. You walk through nature trail to get to the restaurant. Service was great with friendly staff, food was wonderful and the ambiance simply unforgettable.

The Milk Plum is a favourite Sunday afternoon break-away for us. Surrounded by majestic trees in the Pretoria Botanical Gardens, the atmosphere is one of tranquility and peace. The food offered is simple, tasteful fare at reasonable prices.

I will definitely come back to this place!!! The service was just awesome. We had blankets given out to us because it was a chilly morning. The waiter was so helpful and Friendly. Great view and great food. A must come back.

We joined the folks who take lunch seriously for some great food on a sunny autumn afternoon in the Gardens. Never rushed, our beautiful food was equally tasty

The tranquility and beauty of the setting allows one to perhaps overlook the quality of the food which was very ordinary. We were there for a late breakfast and found the food rather bland and the coffee very chicory tasting. The service was friendly as were the Coots running around at our feet.

We had a kitchen tea at Milk Plum Café at the Botanical gardens. What a wonderful experience! The food was very good and sitting under wonderful trees made it extra special. Some water birds were wandering around us. Really a must go place!
