This is a well designed restaurant in a good location. We called in for lunch, not busy at all. As it was a hot day we decided to just have a salad. My bacon and avocado was very good. My wife's mozzarella and tomato was ok but very little tomato which was a surprise given the quantity of tomatoes around... More

We were frankly disappointed with service here. For a high end restuarant the setting was excellent, the service was just off. Not proudly South African it was hauty and European cold. We had bought a special wine and were refused BYO/corkage, and served an inferior product at four times the mark up. No one begrudges a profit,, but that is... More

Nice location near the beach. The service here was exceptional. Lots of different options on the menu. We choose the fish, could not have been better. Quite reasonable prices.

We have over the years visited Lemon Grass and had reasonable meals . We are frequent visitors to Plett. Their Soles are usually excellent. However our recent visit did not live up to expectations and our party of 4 left very disappointed with the attitude of the restaurant manager. One of our party ordered duck which was very overcooked and... More

I visited Lemon grass last December, the staff and manager there were not welcoming, although we did not make any reservation to this restaurant, we waited for a long time before we were attended to. Priority if given to international travelers only. Maybe the waiters at Lemon grass thought locals dont give a tip.. Their loss cause... you cant just... More

The situation, looking on to the Lagoon, with the lights on the patio area adds a certain sparkle to the venue. Staff are helful and knowledgeable. The food is well presented and of a good standard. There is a good choice of fish as you would probably expect. the wine list is comprehensive. We dined here on successive evening and were... More

The Thai prawn curry was excellent. We had a cheese platter to finish off the meal. The cheeses were all locally sourced, of a wide variety and excellent quality

Superb slowcooked in red wine lambshank & mash with veggies & homemade German mustard. No artificial ingedients. Beautiful setting on Lookout Beach and lagoon. Best meal in Plettenberg Bay.

We visited this restaurant twice when we were in Plettenberg Ba. The first time we stopped in the afternoon as we wanted a glass of wine after a long day. Although the restaurant was not officially open, they welcomed us in and we were able to sit out on the terrace with wonderful views over the bay. They served the... More

We both ordered the bacon and avocado salad. The restaurant was not busy and the salad arrived in no time. It was lightly dressed and piled with bacon. Service was very attentive without being overbearing. The views from outside deck were spectacular. Definitely worth another visit
