My wife and I popped into the Mile High Grill for breakfast during a recent stopover in Jerome. The staff made us feel so welcome, I'd consider a stay at the Inn on my next trip to the area. Breakfast is typically a bad meal...More

We stopped in for a late breakfast today. Would have loved to try some of their specialty drinks but we stuck with the breakfast options. We tried the corn beef hash and biscuits and gravy. The serving sizes were perfect as were the flavors. Everything...More

We chose this eatery for lunch and ordered the blackboard specials: the fish tacos (3/order) and peach cobbler....all homemade. The fish tacos were stuffed with a wet-cut-cabbage and nice piece of fish. I could only eat mine with a fork (taco-goschish even in Jerome!). The...More

Hard to find close parking on the weekend. Even though very busy, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food and drinks moderately priced. Generous pour on my Jack on the rocks. Typical bar food, we would return.

Sat by the window and watched a lightning storm interspersed with amazing red rock views. Blue Cheese burger was very tasty, fresh meat and ingredients. Tater tots tasted home made - so crispy and fluffy. And best Bloody Mary, as advertised!More

Description
The Mile High Grill and Inn sits atop the Jerome hill on Main Street in the old Clinkscale Mercantile building, built in 1899. Opening in 2004, we have made many renovations while trying to keep the old focal points and uniqueness of the original architecture. We aren't hard to find with our beautiful red building and black and white awnings! Feel free to grab some lavender from our herb garden located in the front window box!The Mile High Inn is located above the Grill and accessible through a separate entrance, though all check-ins are done at the Grill. Here you will step back in time with the Victorian styled Inn with high ceilings, original oil paintings and most importantly, the cozy, comfortable beds. It is a great spot to have a romantic getaway. Oh, and if you feel (but can't see) a little something rubbing against your ankles, don't fear! It's only Skipp, the ghost kitty.
