There is a lot of flavor to the Steak. All the food was really good. Waiter was very knowledgeable, friendly and fast with service. He checked on us often. Can't wait to return and try other meals and meats.

Was in town visiting friends, we all met up for dinner. Chips and Salsa were pretty good. I had the grilled fish tacos, which were very good. Everyone in our group ordered something different and was happy with all. Two of us ordered Frozen Margaritas,...they were perfect, but be careful it snuck up on me. It wasn't strong at all, but after half of it, I really felt it. Good or Bad way to feel you decide. I wasn't driving so good for me.. Made for a peaceful night sleep.More

Mexican food varies, from “TexMex” to REAL south of the border a Mexican food. There exists a tendency to create true a Mexican Spicey dishes to placate the delicate palates of Anglos. Having dined at hundreds of Mexican diners, from street carts, to “hole in...the walls”, to restaurants, few can honestly compete with Mexican dishes from Tijuana. In East Los Angeles, you can find excellent Mexican food, because the Mexicans there cook for locals, not to those who “think” they know real Mexican food. IF, Mexican food was prepared as Mexicans ate, few non Mexicans would patronize because they’d say, “ It’s too hot!” So, the restaurants tone it down to keep the heuros happy.More

Food was okay. Kitchen was apparently pretty unorganized since several people didn't get any food that they ordered. The waitress was made aware, but nothing happened. Probably best not to go as a group.

We finally stopped into this restaurant that we have driven past on our many trips to Lowes. The wait staff were all pleasant and attentive. I tried the Pollo Especial which was a chicken chimichanga with cheese and jalapeno sauce. The chicken was moist and...tender and the sauce was good. The refried beans stole the show though. Hubby tried the 3 enchilada plate. He loved the beef enchilada with the smoky red sauce, said the chicken one was good but the green sauce on it was too spicy, and found the spinach and cheese enchilada kind of tasteless. We had to wait quit awhile for our food but it was a busy Sunday. We will come try it again on a week day.More

Manuel’s IS THE BEST Mexican Food In Arizona! The food is delicious service was impeccable!! This is a family owned restaurant with locations across the valley, I’m told, each one as good as the other. All restaurants are all still owned and operated by the...Salazar Family. The menu is full of choices ... there is literally something for everyone, seafood, chicken, beef, and pork. They offer a senior, lunch and children’s menu. The chips and salsa are amazing! The guacamole is the best I have ever had in my entire life - They make it fresh daily and it’s large enough to make a a meal!! They even have delicious green chili, something that’s hard to fine in Arizona. The cheese enchiladas are so flavorful and the refried beans are to die for!! The fajitas are not worth the money, but everything else we ordered was amazing!! You need to leave room for dessert!! This is by far our favorite Mexican food restaurant. You definitely need to try Manuel’s!More
