Still the worse burger place in town. After not having gone there for over 3 years because of being so bad I heard they had new owners so I tried it again Horrible, Horrible Hamburger, and Fries.. Hamburger patties over cooked, 1 slice of tomato,...very little lettuce and onion, one little slice of pickle, don't know where the cheese went, drowned in thousand Island, put between an untoasted bun than just smashed together flat. There was also a Hot spicy taste that came from somewhere. Fries Soggy, cold, short stubby, terrible. Please do yourself a big favor ignore their hype and save your money for some other place that has to be better than this.More
If you like super heroes, this is the place. Cut outs and posters of super heroes all over the place. Kids love it. Burgers are very good and served on Kings Hawaiian bread. Fries are some of the best. Good strawberry shakes. Haven't tried the...others.More
All I can really say is....get a burger and go back for a dessert. The burgers are housed on Hawaiian bread, giving them a sweet flavor and the onion rings....just yea. We tried the deep fried Oreo sundae and so glad we did. It can...feed an entire family of four! Perfect little neighborhood burger joint and the inside is fun too!More
We have come here multiple times and it's always the same: 1. great food 2. great service The owner is a family and the daughters usually work the register, they are so cute and helpful! Burgers and fries are consistent and yummy!
We ate here for the first time yesterday. The burgers were flavorful and juicy. I love that they use King's Hawaiian rolls for the bun. The onion rings were thin and crispy with onion in every bite. There are lots of condiments to choose from....You can build your own burger or get one of their specialty burgers. The food was fresh and hot. Great customer service. The owner came by our table to make sure we were happy with our food. She was very friendly. This is a small, family owed business. Cool Marvel comics decor. I want to try thier cheese steak when I return. They have many desserts also ( deep fried brownies, Twinkies etc). This is a foodies paradise which I highly recommend.More
***new owners are doing it right *** When visiting family in the neighborhood we needed a good restaurant for dinner. When searching on line for a good burger spot I found Wally Burger. The reviews were good and I always like to try new places....The fact that it is family owned and not a chain was a plus. We took everyone's order and drove over to get takeout. We were immediately greeted by the owner and his family, who were all working on a Saturday night. They took our order and went straight to work making our food fresh. All the burgers came with a drink and fries. We took the order home and realized we were missing one item. I called and they offered to make the missing burger right away AND DELIVER IT! We had the burger within 10 minutes and they threw in a pizza too, which was delicious. All the burgers has great grilled flavor. The crinkle cut fries and onion rings were crispy and flavorful. My husband is very picky and he loved it. We will definitely be back when we are back in the neighborhood.More
I tried to make an order over the phone and first of all, the manager on duty was VERY unprofessional. He wasn't listening, was talking to other people while I was on the phone, he interrupted MULTIPLE times, I had to repeat myself numerous times...just for a simple order. Then I called back only 3 minutes later to cancel my order and he was rude and AGAIN, NOT LISTENING!! He argued for minutes about the driver and REFUSED to give me any certain answers about my refund, about the owner and how to get a hold of him. I'm in the customer service business so I know how this all goes and THIS was far from a pleasant experience, I am VERY upset and I WILL be getting my money back because this was ridiculous. You guys need to hire a new manager. I will never take my business there again and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from there.More
It's called Wally Burger but the lady there makes fantastic homemade falafel. Crunchy and flavorful, the big nuggets are served up folded inside a sift warm pita with onion and pickles and tomato and a delicious creamy sauce. Hot crispy fries ( the nice fat...kind) finish off a highly satisfying meal. Seriously, it's the best falafel I've had outside Israel. I love this place. My husband loves the Philly cheese steak and the chicken one too. I love the owners too -- they are really friendly and kind.More
I pick up here because it is close to my daughter's school. I don't like chain food and appreciate the home cooking done here!
I was in the mood for a good burger. A co-worker suggested Wally Burger. It was close to where I was at and they said it was very good. I walked into the place, it was very small. The guy behind the counter was friendly,...he asked for my order. I asked him a couple of questions, he seemed to be in a hurry. I was told that all orders came with a drink and fries. I paid and he turned and took someone elses order. No instructions on what to do next. A few minutes later he got the other customers call in order done and they were not happy with their shake sizes. They thought they had ordered large, they were given a different size. I was still waiting, no soda, just sitting at my table. The person that took my order looked over at me then went to the kitchen and asked where my food was. A lady returned with my order and I went up to pick it up. I asked her about my drink and she looked at my table to see if I had already gotten it or not. I ordered Coke, she started filling it with Sprite. I stopped her and told her Coke, she said 'no, you said Sprite'. I got my food, did not see napkins, got a straw. The burger was good, but the bun was cold. The toppings were skimpy, the bun big. The sandwich had good flavor, but again I was expecting something much better. The price was about $5.00 for a 1/3rd pound burger with cheese and a few fries with a drink. I think I could have done better elsewhere. The menu is quite limited also. The staff was not very friendly. I doubt if I will be back.More
Great Plasce to eat and friendly people would recomend to everyone keep up the great work mike
one of the best chees bugers
When my friends told me about this little mom and pop shop I didnt know why they were talking so highly about a hamburger they made it seem like they had never had one before but after I tasted it for myself I knew why...it was so "good". This is a little family owned business on 43rd Ave and Peoria hard to even notice if you're not in the Target shopping center coming out of Target but wow I have to say that if you do go in there you will come out happy the food was excellent and the prices and service were awesome. I mean where else can you get a fresh char broiled burger and fries that look like they're out of the 50's and also shakes that are made with fresh ingredients i mean everything I've had there has been awesome.More
