Our group of four all ordered different meals & we were all thrilled with the taste, presentation, generous portions and outstanding service. Best cole slaw ever, but the rest of my meal was even better. Great local craft beer as well. Highly recommend the Tavern Grille!

While in the area, we stopped at the Tavern Grille twice, once by ourselves, and once with friends. The Tavern has a little bit of everything: Entrees, salads, sandwiches and burgers. We also tried a little bit of everything, but their burgers stood out as dynamite. They were creative, really tasty, and came on a variety of breads depending on... More

The Tavern is a great spot for a quick snack, an appetizer and dessert, or dinner for the family. Great spot for dates. The food is always good. A consistently good choice. It can be a bit noisy, but many think that is part of its charm as a local pub.

We finished going to the wine tasting rooms and some of the cute shops in Cottonwood and decided to have a late lunch early dinner here. All is within walking distance of all shops and winery rooms. We had stopped here a few years ago and so glad to see it there. It still has the old town charm and... More

Very nice restaurant, especially for Cottonwood. Had shrimp tacos, very good. Husband had sliders, very good also. The restaurant was very noisy. Help was friendly.

This is one of my favorite places to have lunch, I usually get the lavash flatbread pizza, my mouth waters thinking about it. I have had the burgers too and they are tasty also. Yumm

Great atmosphere. Great food. Great service. Make it a destination when vacationing in Sedona. About a 20 minute drive.

We stopped for lunch on a very busy day. We only waited about 15 minutes to get a table. The mushroom burger came with the best sweet potato fries. The burger itself was excellent beef and too large to finish. The seared tuna salad was also excellent, plenty of tuna that could melt in your mouth and enough wasabi to... More

Fish & chips were frozen (with water inside when served). Water tasted as if fish had been swimming in it. It must have been sold. New owners don't care about the food they serve.

Stopped for lunch today - Fajita salad, French dip sandwich, Fish & chips. Awesome food with a lovely waitress. Decor is a mixture of old Towne with modern steel beams, wood, and mirrors. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.
