Stopped by for dinner with my wife and father in law. Like Harrys Hideaway this is another exceptional restaurant in Cornville. The service, food and presentation was excellent. The menu is extensive. If your in the Sedona/verde valley area you must try this restaurant.

This restraunt is a hidden gold mine for Cornville, the food is delicious, and nice portions.Leaning towards more German food, they also have excotic meals when in season. All the times I have gone I have made reservations (highly recommended) I even have made them on line. If you want a nice quiet , even romantic dinner with family or... More

From the name you would think this is a "Mexican" restaurant.....nay, nay. They specialize in German Food. The owner did not want to go through the expense of changing the restaurant's name when he purchased it some time back. He is from Switzerland and makes real German Food with all the trimmings. They also have a great fish selection and... More

Went there because my mother thinks it's a little classier than most of the other restaurants in town. Had a veal benedict dish that was amazing, but split it with others or you will feel full for two days. It was very good! Lovely staff, food was good, ample parking. I didn't think my mother's fish was very good, but... More

The atmosphere decades old and room itself uncomfortably warm. My shrimp and pasta nothing special, sister's ahi cold but apparently German food good. The waitstaff very friendly and accommodating but food itself a disappointment

A chef really lives here. We had the Kangaroo and it was very good. The restaurant specializes in German foods, but has a lot of other options. A very friendly staff along with an excellent menu and good atmosphere makes this place a winner.

Four of us went to this place for dinner on a friday night. Prime rib was on the menu for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Three of us decided to order prime rib. It was early in the evening, and the waitress told us the cook had trouble with the oven, and we could only get well done. So we had... More

Absolutely the most fantastic sauerbraten I've ever eaten and this isn't my first visit to Manzanita. Their food is always consistently superb and the wait staff is extremely accommodating and professional. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and perfect. Clean tables, utensils and in general. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. It HAS to be Arizona's best kept... More

Had 24 guests and as the gathering was winding down the need to take my visitors to dine became evident. We called the Manzanita restaurant and hour and a half before we could arrive and asked if they would accommodate such a large group on such short notice. They committed that they'd work with us. Upon arrival, and with many... More
