Went here for the second time last night. Top 1 or 2 lifetime dining experiences ... including New York's best. Would not consider a trip to Phoenix without one dinner here. Bring your wallet, and be prepared to feel like you got your money's worth. Impeccable service too. The whole experience is lifetime-memorable. 6 stars.

They want you to enjoy the experience. Great service, variety of tasty breads, bottled water only (no charge) with choice of stuff to add (cucumber, mint, etc.). The buffalo ribeye, salad that looked like a piece of art, and the amuse bouche were excellent. I thought the chocolate decadence dessert was just ok. When my car was brought up from... More

We were a party of six in a private room at Kai at Sheraton Wild Horse. Kudos to our server Kevin and the team of six staff who took care of our every need and were so knowledgeable and personable. The customer service, food and ambiance were simply unbelievable. We were surprised to find a special gift and thank you... More

The presentation of the various items is quite interesting and well done. This is a very interesting place for dinner and while expensive is worth a visit. I would estimate at least $100 per person for entrée, dessert and one or two drinks. It can be more depending on the wine.

Outstanding menu coupled with an amazing sunset over the mountains made for a very romantic evening. Our waiter, Jose and his assistants made the dinner enjoyable. He had an extensive knowledge of the menu and great recommendations based on our preferences. He recommended the roasted lime Margarita, pork wing appetizer and bacon wrapped buffalo meatloaf and churros for dessert. All... More

The customer service and food were top notch. You are treated like royalty. The decor is not 5 stars, but the food, drinks, waiters and chef absolutely are. Budget $100 a person minimum.

The service is amazing, but for a AAA 5 diamond restaurant I would expect better food. The soufflé was amazing. But I think there are better meals to be had at other luxury restaurants around town.

Here for our grand daughter's 16th birthday and this dining experience helped make the day one that we will never forget. The service level is incredible. The restaurant itself is beautiful and nicely situated so that you can look out the window and see a great desert scene. The food is flawlessly executed and beyond delicious. This place is pricey... "Complements of the chef" are words I love to hear and one hears them often at Kai. From the peeled grape and blue cheese starter to the sorbet cleanser, the extras that come out before and between courses are pleasant and wonderful surprises that punctuate the delicious food at Kai. Nothing here disappoints. The view us amazing, the service is... More
