You know when you hear so many amazing things about a restaurant that you get totally hyped up only to be let down because your expectations had been set so high? Not with Kai - You will be blown away by your entire dining experience. It is top notch in every respect from valet parking to coffee. All done without... More

This was one of the best meals I have ever experienced. The service was outstanding, the food excellent and creative, and the wine list was extensive. The whole experience was exceptional. The prices are high but the service and food warrant the high price. The menu items our influenced by native America and the dessert. The portions are large so... More

Everything about Kai is amazing from the service to the food. We were completely in awe of everything we experienced. Since all of us are interested in cooking, everything we were served was explained to us in great detail & found it so exciting. We started with an array of appetizers from escargot, trout, and lobster. Each appetizer was prepared... More

Had been planning to try this restaurant for some time and my GF and I did last night. We took advantage for their car service and the driver was very professional and an excellent driver. Not like one you would expect from a big city (Jerky). He picked us up on time both going and coming. Got to the restaurant... More

We dined at Kai last night for our anniversary and I must say it is both highly overrated and overpriced. We ordered the tasting menu with paired wines at $240 each. The food was good to very good, but formulaic - mostly locally sourced southwest / native american ingredients cooked French style. The service was highly scripted and somewhat awkward.... More

Over and over again, I can’t say enough good things about Kai. By fate or coincidence I’ve had the same lead server the last few times I’ve dined there, Kevin, who is remarkable, thoughtful, unassuming, knowledgeable and empathetic. The food is so imaginative and memorable—yet not overly prepared. The appetizer featuring three lobster preparations was incredible. On this visit, however,... More

Although there are no Michelin 3 star restaurants in Phoenix metropolitan, Kai restaurant on Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass offers the same level of experience and with a similar price tag. My wife and I celebrated our 2017 Valentine's Day dinner at Kai and I have to say it is once in a life experience. It is a fixed... More

They had a special going on a ribeye steak sandwich and it was wonderful. The waiters were very friendly and accomodating.

This was our second time visiting Kai and we were more impressed with the food and service Than the first time. The attention to detail in every course is perfection. We brought out of town guests and they loved it! We plan to return for a 3rd time and try the long journey.

We enjoyed our special spread of food. Each item was full of flavor and wonderfully prepared. Everything was delicious and the staff there are kind.
