We started by sharing Spanakopita. We should have ordered 2 for 4 people, because it was very good and flaky and we wanted more after sharing the one app. I ordered the Mahi Mahi with Pita Chips and was frankly shocked by how small the dish was, but it was quite filling after I ordered a soft pita to eat... We have always found Pita Jungle to be a favorite, not only for us but for our grandchildren--hard ones to please! But this last trip was a disappointment. The falafel was overcooked and dry and the sauce thin. My husband's gyro was OK, about the same as he has had in the past--not great but good. My chicken shwarma was... More

I love that they have so many healthy & vegan options. I always get the macro platter. The hummus is excellent too. They also have meat options so the whole group cam find something they like. My dad was pleasantly surprised about liking this place. I knocked off a star because for a place that has the word "pita" in... More

Went to Pita Jungle last night for an early dinner. The restaurant was not half-filled, and the server was great in the beginning with taking our orders, but got progressively worse as the meal went on. He made up for it at the end with bringing to go-drinks, but didnt stop by during the meal for refills. The food we... More

The falafel salad and falafel pita at Pita Jungle has been a staple during our lengthy stay here in Phoenix. It's fresh, filling and delicious. The other items on the menu are just average or even bland, however, and the service is mediocre or even poor but I am rating this establishment 4 stars for the tasty falafel alone.

Pita Jungle has long been one of my favorite restaurants in the Phoenix area. The Chandler location is special because it sits on a lake with a walking path around it. Usually there are ducks happy to entertain, especially if someone wants to feed them. On my last visit we even saw a heron stop in for a splash! The... More

The menu is diverse enough to appeal to most diners and the quality is great. You can tell a chef made the meal and took the time to get the sauces/seasonings correct! I get the grilled ahi or chicken with hummus and a Greek salad OR the fired roasted salmon salad OR garlic potatoes!!! ****Remember to ask for the garlic... More
