Bobek IPA | Session IPA | 5.3%
A touch of caramel malts and oats lend this sessionable IPA its characteristic golden hue. Brewed using American Citra and Slovenian Bobek hops that present aromatics of orange blossom and stone fruit, balanced by a caramel sweetness that evolves into notes of navel orange with hints of green tea leading to a crisp effervescent finish.
Sunshine Daydream | Belgian Blonde | 7.2%
With a pale-straw color + a nice white head, this beer drinks very delicately + graceful. Smooth + mild malt flavor brings forth gentle notes of honey. Hops take a back seat so that fruity esters + spicy phenols can shine through in the form of banana, bubble gum, clove, and pepper notes.  All of this is balanced by a touch of slightly fruity + earthy hops.
Abruzzo Sour | Sour Ale | 8%
This beer was born from Abruzzo, a wine/beer hybrid in collaboration with Dos Cabezas WineWorks. This delightful sour aged just over a year in french oak casks. A bright ruby red hue, aromas of oak and plum burst out of the glass and dance along the palate bringing you to a dry cranberry finish.

Sacred Stout | Whiskey Barrel Blended Stout | 8%
American Imperial Stout aged in our very own Sacred Stave whiskey barrels to create a rich and satisfying brew.  It greets you with aromas of whiskey, dark dried fruit, vanilla and hints of leather.  Rich dark chocolate and warm booziness follow leading to a lingering pallet of molasses and hints of coffee.

We really enjoyed dinner here. A really interesting range of beers, great food and very friendly staff. There's a great atmosphere too. Highly recommend eating at SanTan.

This is one of my favorite restaurants - the food is great, the service is always great, and the beer is awesome. I've yet to have a bad meal or bad service at San Tan. I would highly recommend their Mr. Pineapple beer!

We were with a small group therefore had reserved seating so could be seated together. Group was treated very well. Staff friendly and checked back often. Everyone enjoyed their meal selections.

Fantastic lunch at the Brewery. Drinks were outstanding ! Loaded beer batter fries and a beautiful strawberry salad . Lunch or dinner is a must for every visit I make !
