We love the Black Bear Diner. You get good food, large portions, great service and good prices. We've never had something we didn't like. We always have leftovers because the portions are large. Breakfast is served all day, if you want it. There's a lot...More

Excellent menu selection from breakfast, to lunch, and even dinner. They serve Homestyle country cooking with gigantic portions to satisfy even the heartiest of appetites. I’m a big fan of their chicken fried steak and their club sandwich. Don’t forget to try the cinnamon rolls...More

We have enjoyed eating at several Black Bear Dinners. We enjoy the menu (old newspaper) choices. They also offer smaller portions for seniors. Good American comfort food.

It’s the best bear claw ever... enough for the 4 of us as an appetizer for breakfast, which was almost perfect. Egg dishes were good, biscuits-gravy tasty, but a bit heavy and filling, sausage and omelets were good. The only disappointment were hubby’s pancakes. He...More

Seems a very popular spot for breakfast. We were early so avoided most of the crowds. Menu is very extensive, maybe too much so. Pricey, but our scramble was huge, and filled us up for the day. I liked that that it came with a...More

There a lot of better restaurants to spend Thanksgiving at besides The Black Bear. Try BBQ Bills Bistro on the South end of town as you will have a great Thanksgiving meal.

Description
Sitting on the bluffs of the beautiful Colorado River, our diner serves as a welcome stop after a day of water play or perhaps a long night of clubs and gambling, just over the river in Laughlin. However you’ve worked up your appetite, you’ll fill it here in our newly rebuilt building. The original building burned down in 2016. Though it was a devastating loss, we were proud to reopen almost a year later with nearly all our same team members. This team is seasoned, enthusiastic, and ready to serve. You’ll be in good hands here. Follow the highway into town. We’re in the Safeway parking lot.
