The food here was outstanding! The service was really very good as well. We started at the bar and the margaritas were wonderful and the bartender attentive. I would return to this place first thing on our next trip to Bisbee!

We came down to bisbee like we do every chance we get. We have never stopped by Santiago's although we have always heard it's awesome and we should try it. Well we did and I have to say we will never come back. Service was great. Food was terrible. Shredded beef tasted like it was rotten and it made my... More

Santiago's is across from Table which is its partner restaurant so you will see the managers at both as well as staff. They make their own salsa and chips which is really wonderful. Imaginative menu, fun staff and good drink choices. Very colorful and just a relaxing fun place to hang out.

After my recent visit to Santiagos this weekend, a dialogue from the movie "There's Something About Mary" came to mind.... Norm: Where would I have seen your food? Pat Healy: Well, have you been to, uh well, let me see... Santiago, Bisbee? Norm: Twice last year. Which dish is yours? Pat Healy: Are you familiar with the chimichunga platter? Norm:... More

Had some delicious beef tacos here. The black beans were full of flavor, not too spicy. Spanish rice was very good and hubby enjoyed roasted corn with green chiles. Open late and service was good.

We stopped in for a drink and stayed for dinner. I had the crunchy tacos with rice and beans and my boyfriend had the soft tacos. They were great. We usually like to eat at a different restaurant every night but we are going there again tonight! Get the house margarita. It's fab!!!

Good food and service. I ordered the pork tacos and the corn as a side along with black beans. The corn was the best I ever tasted and the black beans were very good as well. The pork was a bit dry for my liking but overall the meal was very good. My husband had the enchilada with the corn... More

We live not far from Bisbee and went here again with two other couples recently. Positive: they were great about seating the six of us immediately when another local restaurant couldn't seem to hold our reservation. The margaritas etc. were quite good and most of the people seemed to enjoy their meals. Negative: I finally broke out of my rut... More

The entire menu looked enticing and we enjoyed trying out some of our favorites. The staff were very helpful even though they were finding it hard to keep up. The marguerites were the best in Arizona.

The atmosphere was great and the service was good, but they could not do the guacamole we order, but instead gave us a small bowl of it. They said no one was there to make it.
