Since 2006, Santiago's Mexican and the Hotel San Ramon have been favorite destinations for foodies in search of scratch kitchen Mexican food. From traditional Mole and tomatillo sauces to smoked chicken and orange ancho pork tacos. Santiago's brought home the coveted "SAACA Taco and Salsa" award for Best Taco and Best Salsa in 2017 and continues to impress with daily features that remind Mexican food aficionados of the best Mexico has to offer. One of the few restaurants open daily in Old Bisbee with a full agave spirits bar and outdoor seating. Perfect people watching.

Love Santiago’s every time we come to Bisbee, never disappoints. First, the Cadillac Margarita is outstanding. Perfect blend of tartness and sweetness of Orange Liquer. Then we started with the Elote which is roasted corn. They mix it with aioli and Mexican cheese, Was the...More

Stopped in for an early diner while visiting the area. All the food looked really good but there were so many hot onions and spicy heat I could not finish my meal.

On a road trip with relatives, we stopped in to visit Bisbee on a rainy day. Hungry and a bit wet, we found Santiago's--a lovely Mexican Restaurant. Isaac, our server, did a great job giving us advice on what we might want to order. He...More

The Mexican food served here is average, at best, for even the Midwest but totally unacceptable for the Southwest. The service was poor which certainly didn’t make the food taste any better. If you want mediocre Mexican food you can stay home because this place...More

Split a tray of fajitas and left none behind. Tasty, fast, not a bad price. Margaritas were also very good. We enjoyed!

We stopped in for a frosty beverage and snack on a warm day. The patio was perfect - shaded in the afternoon. In addition to some really yummy cocktails, we ordered some appetizers. Our favorite was the made-at-the table guacamole! Not only did we get...More

I don’t want to be too critical if this restaurant intentionally hires the disabled. Once we got a server, he was adequate, but the young lady who set the table up did not seem to understand her mission. The margaritas were good. I had Rocky...More

The food here is excellent. The blue agave margarita is not to be missed- it is delicious. Their mole is the best I have ever had. This is a very fine Mexican restaurant

Visited on a weeknight in the summer so the place was pretty quiet. We had a good meal and some great Margaritas. The entrees were generous portions and the food was not oversalted as it is in so many restaurants. The tableside guac was pretty...More

There is a dedicated kids menu. Chicken fingers, tacos, quesadilla etc. My 9 YO son was happy and he's a very picky eater.

We ate there for an evening meal. You would have to contact the restaurant directly, for that question.
