We had some very interesting and delicious meals at Café Roka. I love the down town location. You can order duck, lamb, and other unique items where you can combine them the way you like. For example, I didn't want 8 lambchops, so they made me a lamb salad with four lamb chops. They were certainly accommodating.

Everything about Roka is wonderful. The ambiance, the service, the wine list and of course, the food. Chef Rod Kass has an incredible staff and he oversees every aspect of his kitchen. The food always cooked to perfection with incredible sauces and side dishes. A bit of lemon sorbet to clear the palate between dishes is a refreshing throwback to... More

We made reservations three weeks in advance to make sure we got a table. It was packed when we were there. They offered their New Zealand Lamb as a special on the night we were there and it was absolutely delicious. My sisters birthday was that evening and our server Daryl really made it special! The other meals my sisters... More

The best place to eat dinner in Bisbee, by far, hands-down, is Cafe Roka. It is only open for dinner Thurs-Sun. You have to make a reservation. It’s on the main drag (Tombstone Canyon) right downtown. In a historic building, interesting interior with vaulted ceilings, a large central bar with seating, surrounded by tables along the walls, and a 2nd... More

Great place. Spent two nights in Bisbee, went to Cafe Roka both nights,(MUST MAKE RESERVATIONS). Friday night for appetizer's and drinks, sat at the bar. The mussels and smoked salmon appetizer's were great, so we're the drinks, also the bartender Fred was very good and friendly. Saturday night went to dinner at Roka's for my wife's 70th birthday. Everything was... More

An eclectic, cosmopolitan menu for such a small town. The service is both professional and friendly.

When making reservations the only available seating was at the bar, that turned out to be the best seat in the restaurant. Fred the bartender's knowledge of the food and his specialty drinks (try the smoked chipotle margarita) made it one of our most memorable dinners. The food is awesome, from the appetizer, soup, salad and main course each has... More
