There are significantly better restaurant options in Bisbee. The food here was very average - nothing special, and the price we paid was high. I would not personally return here.

Prices listed online for food are about 30-40% lower than what you will be charged! I wanted a basic pizza, just cheese. The cost was 17.95. Now get this - they charge $2 for the box when ordered takeout! I never heard of this. The...pizza was just a little better than average and it wasn't particularly big for that price. Also ordered a house salad and they also charged $2 for the plastic container! If they are going to offer takeout, everything should be the same price, eaten in-house or takeout. So if you are interested in pizza, I suggest you don't get it take out.More

We've eaten at Screaming Banshee a number of times. The pizza is okay, not great. We built our own recently, ordering Kalamata olives. We got one olive per slice - really chintzy, I must say.

Would not recommend! The service was horrible and management extremely rude. Had to wait for a table despite being able to see half the tables empty. After being seated for 10 minutes we had to locate the manager to enquirer on how to order since...the waitress hadn’t been to our table. Waitress when greeting us said she thought we had already been helped because we had drinks due to ordering at the bar (as instructed by the manager to do so while waiting for a table). Exchange ended pleasantly enough as she took our order but we never saw her again while we waited 30+ minutes for our appetizer. When the waitress did return, around the time we had been waiting for our pizzas for 45 minutes, she asked us if we wanted anything else. When we inquired to the manager another 15 minutes later on how much longer it would be for our pizza she proclaimed that they were super busy and only had one oven to cook all the food. When questioned about tables being sat after us getting food she continued to get defensive saying that the entire staff had been working since 11 am and the restaurant was super busy. At that point we left without our pizzas finding a new restaurant to eat dinner at.More

My husband and I went for the first time. We brought his service dog and asked to sit inside. The hostess told us NO DOGS. Our service dog had on her vest and is a true service dog. She went in to check availability and...another woman came out and told us it was full. They are allowed to ask 2 questions the ADA and did not ask either-Is it a Service dog and what is the task it is trained for. If emotional support is said they are allowed to deny. My husband's is for hearing. After we seated ourselves outside I went to the restroom and there were many open tables.More

This place was a total hit! So much fun, absolutely delicious food, and excellent service. You have to come here if you’re in Bisbee. We had a short wait for a table on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, so not bad, because this place...is not huge (but plenty of outdoor seating as well, we chose indoor). First of all, the pizza is everything they say, it’s great. Yes, I was on the fence about the Thai Me Up, Thai Me Down and didn’t get it but next time I will, it looked great. I got just margherita with salami. I tend to not like a lot of ingredients on my pizzas, though. The cheese-to-sauce ratio was perfect. The marinara is excellent. Just a hint of sweetness but also the acidic bite you want. You can tell there’s garlic but what would a marinara be without it? I loved the sauce. And the cheese, also excellent. And the crust is, for me, exactly what you want - thin, crispy on the edges, a bit softer in the center, and check out the photo, nice bubbles. The char is a great touch. These folks know exactly what they’re doing. I was born and raised in The Bronx and very particular about my pizza, and I was extremely happy with the pizza here. My wife has a gluten allergy. This is one of the best gluten-free pizzas (if not the best) she’s ever had. I tasted it and I agreed, you get the same crunch, the crust is a bit thinner than the regular crust, but it has FLAVOR. Most gluten-free crusts serve as nothing more than a bottom to put sauce and cheese on, completely lacking in flavor. NOT the case here at Screaming Banshee, this is a tasty crust done really well. DO NOT FORGET ABOUT THE WINGS either. Whoa, BABY. They’re baked in the oven (and gluten-free), moist and tender, and have lots of sauces of varying heat levels to satisfy just about anyone. We went with Mango Ginger, has some kick to it, but cooled down by the ranch that comes with it. Loved the wings so much that we got a separate order to go. Our server, Shelly, was just great, too. She was attentive and friendly and she did an outstanding job with our leftovers, I know it’s not something people normally comment about, but she was so careful to place foil separating the gluten-free from the regular pizza leftovers, I found that very thoughtful and so helpful. It was a pleasure having her as our server. And the vibe here is cool and laid back. Music playing, converted gas station, great stuff on the walls, and even the bathroom is cool (yes I attached a photo)! Fun place, great food, excellent service, a Bisbee staple. Just come here. You won’t regret it. I was like a walking Yelp on the way back to our hotel - we passed several people on their way here, who noticed me carrying the pizza box and asked how it was - I said GREAT, you’ll love it!More

Gave our pizza to someone else. We ordered for takeout. Were told 45 minutes. We came back, checked in. They went to check and then it was like we had disappeared. We were completely ignored by staff. Turns out they had given it to someone...else. I’m sure the pizza is good. Too bad we didn’t get to try it. I’m willing to forgive mistakes—I know they were busy, but to wait that long and be ignored was disappointing.More

Hands down delicious food. Another great place to try when visiting the town of Bisbee. We had the screaming banshee pizza and added roasted green chile and it was superb. We also had lick my face cocktails and once again they were delicious. Definitely worth...the wait if there is one.More

We stopped at this place on our way back home. Their pizza was delicious and good service. Good view overlooking at the mountains and next to the road. Enjoyed the surrounding while eating.

Kind employees. I was advised not to go there by a friend but seeing as the menu changed I thought I'd give it a shot. I've honestly never seen Spinach-Artichoke dip messed up, but I guess this is a first, sorry to say.

Extremely rude ownership that will yell and swear at you if you make a simple recommendation. Much better and friendlier options elsewhere in Bisbee.

My husband and I recently came here for lunch over Labor Day weekend. It was one of very few restaurants open with plenty of outdoor seating. The staff was friendly, but service was a bit slow (understandable, because of how busy it was). The pizza...was surprisingly good, and their menu seemed varied. People were lingering in the pleasant atmosphere. Overall it was a great visit, just plan to not be in a huge hurry.More

At present they are doing outdoor seating, which was actually really enjoyable. We went around 5pm on a Saturday. We ordered the banshee pizza but didn’t add meatballs or red sauce. We chose gluten free due to dietary restrictions but I’m sure their regular crust...would have been amazing. The toppings were perfect. I mentioned to our server it reminded me of pizza in Italy because it wasn’t overdone on toppings, no gross oooey gooey stringy cheese and tons of sauce. It was just perfectly enough. We also ordered the banshee hot wings and they were really good. Slightly too spicy for me to eat more than one but perfectly done.More
