Do not stay here. When we arrived at hotel, no one greeted us. Sign in front of hotel said check in at bar. Went into bar and looked for anyone who could help us. Kept waiting about 15 minutes. No bartender...finally a woman came into bar (bartender) took peoples orders...waited some more and told her we were checking into our... More

The food is ok--nothing bad or really good, but the experience of visiting this historic hotel makes it worth sacrificing food variety/quality.

Just walked through the restaurant was closed. The architecture is really interesting and the bar was a blast into the past. Would have liked to hear more about the ghosts but ran out of time.

the rudest staff at business i've ever encountered. My fiance was led to believe that she had 72 hours to cancel and she called back less then an hour later to say that she's made a mistake, they refused to refund the money and were completely rude. they basically stole $162 from me, knowing that my Fiance simply made a... The Bisbee Grand Hotel is located among the shops and businesses on Main Street. It is a wonderful place to drop in and check out their daily specials and rest your feet. The food is good and they have a friendly bar.

Rolled in here for a bit to eat around 6:30pm on a saturday evening. As bartender for some help with a menu, she acted like they did not have a menu, but eventually found one. The choices were hotdogs, hamburgers, and tacos. Maybe a few other simple eats. The service was really bad and even the local beer (an Porter)... More

Had an enjoyable night here in a nice clean room. Not really linked to the saloon (other than the same patronage), but next door. Breakfast on the landing was nice, and the staff very warm and welcoming.

My wife and I spent only one night here. It's a quirky place where you check in at the bar. As with most old hotels, the rooms are a bit disjointed but functional and clean. The included breakfast was delicious. Nice experience.

It took me a while to confirm this, since it's not immediately obvious: The Bisbee Grand Hotel does NOT have a restaurant. People are confusing the BHG Saloon for Marysols place, probably because Marysol is most commonly spelled "Marisol", and you have to enter through the saloon door to get to it. The saloon is also where you check in... More

With no elevator, unreliable wi-fi connection and no cellular service depending on your carrier, you enter with your suitcases and climb up a long flight of stairs. You're taken in by a pungent smell of hooker smoke permeating the carpets, walls, furniture, etc. If you take the room above the bar, don't expect to get a good night sleep. Street... More
