This restaurant is absolutely amazing. My husband I had a date night here mid-January. The ambiance is excellent. Ask to be seated downstairs as that decor is particularly very cool. Service was superb, and our meals were delicious. I had the New York steak with...More

A very cozy home like place with a basement for more private dining. A good place for meats - Nice steaks, Pork, Duck and limited seafood. Alaskan prices - $30plus

We had a romantic dinner here and were very happy with everything we experienced. I would call this a tablecloth 4-5 star here in the valley. Definitely recommend.

It’s hard to believe that such a cosmopolitan restaurant exists in Wasilla, Alaska. The food is incredible, service perfect and the ambiance charming. A great “Fine Dining Experience”.

This is not a cheap place to eat, however the food is excellent and presented very well. You are treated like a special guest. There are unique choices on the menu. Everyone at the table tried something different and all were satisfied with their choices.

This is way more than a wine bar. We had a fantastic meal, and even went for dessert, because dinner was so good. We sat in the wine cellar - very romantic. Not cheap, but worth every cent.

Questions & Answers

Took a friend here for the first time for lunch. The restaurant is a restored old home in Wasilla, AK which is well done on the outside. It has a Tapas Menu (small dishes), but didn't find the food that great or tasty...2 crab cakes, a small chicken sandwich with a slice of pear ,Brie Cheese, a tiny smear of cranberry sauce, on whole wheat bread & 2 glasses of Sonoma Brut @$7 each...the bill was $40 + tip. I think the the other thing we found not inviting was it is small inside, and the table/chairs on almost on top of each other. Making it impossible to sit down without bumping into the next customer at another table, and the noise level is very loud with everyone being cram ,so closed together...we found ourselves talking louder at each other because we couldn't hear each other. Plus, the they have some high table/chairs which are very leg uncomfortable ( maybe good for people who have longer legs). Not sure I would even go back for a dinner meal...wasn't that impressed with food or prices. I think this could be a very quint place if they lose the tall table/chairs & fewer tables , and figure out a different menu and get rid of the Trepas concept...

We were there when there were not very many people. The food is pricey but our customer service was great. So there are ups and downs.
