At the 1st time we visited the place it was quite ok - I would rate it with 4 points . Somewhat expensive but caring and communicative service. Only cash payments accepted and we had to wait long for rest of money. Shisha and food...ok, drinks with rather veeery small amount of alcohol. We were adviced to join however evening live music event, then lots of guests were expected, dancing, fun and generally joyfull time was announced. Indeed on Thursday there was lots of people, far too many to handle by the restaurant. We waited for starters 1,5 hr, for the mail dish we even could not count for, the ordered steaks were out and we learnt about that after 2 hrs sitting at the table. Waiters were running around like headless chickens trying to handle 200 people all complaining about service. Funny thing - for that evening there a special, shorter menu was applied with much higher prices for food!!! Unprofessional approach. Never again.More

You can feel like home. Pleasant, well located, good music (some days life). The food could be better (we do not eat camel nor sea food, but still could have good fish), good drinks, shisha etc.

We've been invited to the restaurant by coincidence and due to the fact that the restaurant is run by the Polish person, we thought it will be better for us and more safe. We were wrong. The fact that the restaurant organized the taxi trnsfer,...pushes guests to order the main courses. Even though we were there after dinned in the hotel, we had to order some food. For 4 adults, 4 kids, we ordered 3 mains courses, one starter and two caraffes of water. We also took one-max two coctais per adult + lemonade for kids. The bill was close to 250 USD which we think is quite expensive and in comparison with food quality, definitely too high. Sparkling water for $16 imakes this water one of the most expensive in Egypt. Next surprise is that you're alowed to pay anly by cash (no information before). The live music was the only good quality thing, but also the volume is high as at the concert at the stadium. If you scream direcly to your partner's ear, there is a small chance to be understood. We do not reccommed this place unless you are single, drunk and got your own transport or taxi. Otherwise you will feel uncofortable and negatively surprised. Definitely it is not the place for families. Sad to say but we felt misimformed and a bit abused.More

Popular place for Europeans in Port Ghalib, good atmosphere. They have great live music, but not every day. Ask Mido about parties on advance, he’ll book table and take care about your rest. First time we came the hookah was bad, but Mido changed it...for better one for free of charge. Excellent service! And the music was fun and professional! We had a great time, so highly recommend to visit!More

If you are in Marsa Alam you have to visit port ghalib, go have a good time with the fantastic staff of this place. Just ask for Mido, Youssef or Hamdi they will make all efforts to make sure you have the best time.
