If I'm at Salmon Stock, Forest Fair, or the State Fair I find myself stopping in to have some spinach bread every time. Now if I'm lucky to be in Talkeetna I grab a slice when I'm downtown also. They are more than just spinach bread with great lemon aid and sweet treats but the spinach bread is what makes them famous. Don't be shy if there is a long line they keep things moving and you always get you bread quickly and fresh from the oven.

My wife had heard about Spinach Bread on a Facebook group so we made a point of stopping. We were so happy we did. Not only did we get some amazing spinach bread, but we also were lucky enough to visit on Sunday so we got one of their breakfast burritos. All I can say is WOW! Definitely worth the line.

Spinach bread is delicious!! Friendly staff, good food. We ate spinach bread for an afternoon snack and went back the next morning for a delicious breakfast burrito and a piece of blueberry rhubarb crisp. Soooo good!!

We ate and shopped our way through Talkeetna, some great food trucks here and such a charming Alaskan town. We got amazing halibut tacos a bit down the street at Talkeetna Tako food truck, then made our way here for their Brazilian Limeade and the blueberry rhubarb crumble with fresh whipped cream - wow! The limeade is made with condensed milk, the condensed milk adding just the right amount of sweetness but not too much so that you still get the bite of the limes and an interesting creaminess. The crumble was one of the best I've ever had - not too sweet, just sweet enough, to allow the fresh fruits to shine - fabulous!

The reviews were all very positive and boy were they right. The Spinach bread is delicious, and everything else they offer looked equally delicious. Definitely stop in to get some - you won't regret it. I was also very impressed, and appreciative of how well they respected the COVID guidelines - all well done.

From grabbing a serving in Talkeetna, to the take and bake option at the Alaska Chick’s Vintage Market in Palmer, ending with a delicious Brazilian lemonade and spinach bread option at our Alaska State Fair, we have enjoyed every opportunity to get these handmade items. The staff is always friendly, even on days when the temps are hot and so is the oven. My only suggestion is to make sure you bring cash!

Best in the state. We had the spinach bread and today’s special of the Ethiopian black bean and brown rice bowl. It was really tasty. It had just enough spice without burning and so w yogurt to cool it down. The vegetables of onion, bell pepper and cilantro stood out. Then the cheese and peanuts made it a complete taste and texture sensation. I thought another restaurant was the state’s best but I rate this food truck meal my favorite.

Great food & service to be had here. The owners were smart to open up this spot. Always a line. We had the special of the day "Heavenly Quinoa". It changes daily but there is always the delicious spinach bread.

While seeing Talkeetna, I stopped here to grab some spinach bread and mint tea. The spinach bread was warm, cheesy, and the perfect bite for a rainy day. I did not like the mint tea as much.

The spinach bread was delicious! But it comes at a steep price! Also note, there's not much else on the menu so don't expect to be able to get a full meal here. Definitely worth standing in line (it's a food truck) to taste this deliciousness though.

My husband, son, and I were looking for a place to get a quick lunch while in Talkeetna. We saw this cute food truck and decided to try it. The spinach bread was very good. They only take cash, so that is something to be aware of when eating here. Recommended.

This is not truly a restaurant, but rather a food trailer. But the Spinach Bread (which is all we had) is extremely tasty. Great ratio of bread to cheese to spinach with a hint of garlic, but not overpowering. Well done! I am not sure you could make a dinner of it, but for lunch, it was terrific.

My daughter loved being able to find something fresh and vegetarian. Try the rice bowl and of course, the spinach bread. A long line, but unique and worth it. Staff were very friendly and price is fair.

The front desk person at our lodge recommended this place. We went there on a Sunday morning. The line was long and moved slowly. However, we enjoyed the food. I had a breakfast burrito and my wife had the spinach bread. We would go there again, but would get there closer to when they open to avoid the long line.
