This is a food truck. The spinach bread was very tasty. But it is only a snack. I guess you can fill up here by getting several orders.

We ate and shopped our way through Talkeetna, some great food trucks here and such a charming Alaskan town. We got amazing halibut tacos a bit down the street at Talkeetna Tako food truck, then made our way here for their Brazilian Limeade and the...blueberry rhubarb crumble with fresh whipped cream - wow! The limeade is made with condensed milk, the condensed milk adding just the right amount of sweetness but not too much so that you still get the bite of the limes and an interesting creaminess. The crumble was one of the best I've ever had - not too sweet, just sweet enough, to allow the fresh fruits to shine - fabulous!More

They had one of their trucks at the festival. It was so good! It’s a little pricey but good. I am not a huge spinach person.

From grabbing a serving in Talkeetna, to the take and bake option at the Alaska Chick’s Vintage Market in Palmer, ending with a delicious Brazilian lemonade and spinach bread option at our Alaska State Fair, we have enjoyed every opportunity to get these handmade items....The staff is always friendly, even on days when the temps are hot and so is the oven. My only suggestion is to make sure you bring cash!More

Enjoyed some tasty breakfast burritos here for a good price. Spinach bread is good but a bit overhyped. Staff were friendly.

This was not open the two days we were there. Only opens on Thursday, and not much signage to see about it. Just closed when we went both days.More

Best in the state. We had the spinach bread and today’s special of the Ethiopian black bean and brown rice bowl. It was really tasty. It had just enough spice without burning and so w yogurt to cool it down. The vegetables of onion, bell...pepper and cilantro stood out. Then the cheese and peanuts made it a complete taste and texture sensation. I thought another restaurant was the state’s best but I rate this food truck meal my favorite.More

The front desk person at our lodge recommended this place. We went there on a Sunday morning. The line was long and moved slowly. However, we enjoyed the food. I had a breakfast burrito and my wife had the spinach bread. We would go there...again, but would get there closer to when they open to avoid the long line.More

The spinach bread is worth all the praise it receives. They also have Italian sodas and other specialty drinks and sandwiches.

Spinach bread, blueberry rhubarb cobbler and limeade were all delicious! We (myself and two kids) stopped for a light lunch before doing aerial tour of Denali.

Put our name in at the brewery and then walked down here for an appetizer. The spinach bread was so good!!!! Got two orders to share between the four of us and both teens and adults alike devoured it!

My daughter loved being able to find something fresh and vegetarian. Try the rice bowl and of course, the spinach bread. A long line, but unique and worth it. Staff were very friendly and price is fair.
