My kids love the deserts - fruit yogurt & hot chocolate. I like my pancakes. My wife hate the opera cake. Good thing about this place is that they contribute to the charity.

Twice we visited this lovely cafe up the hill about 150 - 200 metres from where the Sapa - Hanoi buses stop. The coffee is very good and the pastries / cakes are delicious. Service is excellent.

Delicious food! We went there for breakfast and had amazing omelets with toast. They also have the best coffee in Vietnam! The staff was very friendly, and they all spoke phenomenal English! Plus your money goes towards a good cause, education of disadvantaged children. We went back for lunch and had pizza, also good!

This is by no means authentic french. The croque monsieur was not as it should be, just cheese, ham and tomato toasted sandwiches. No Bechemal sauce in site. Therefore no croque monsieur. The apple tart i had was lovely and had buttery pastry. The service was good then i was forgotten. The mug was filthy. Notice my tea was with... More

If you're guidebook raves about this place then toss it because it's ten years out of date. Clearly someone who knew what they were doing set this place up and is long gone from the scene. Both times I visited there were no baguettes or any fresh bread of any sort available. The second time I went in quite early... More

Restaurant \ small coffee cafe we crossed by accident and were surprise at nighttime. On the first round the chocolate was too sweet even for children but the tea with local lemongrass is recommended and the excellent Vietnamese coffee served with sweetened condensed milk was a nice surprise for coffee lovers. Surprising ,but logical in Vietnam, dessert - banana spring... More

Maybe because it was the end of the day but it was really disappointing. we ordered the croissant and some kind of a coconut cake (which we thought was with almonds and crean but the guy there didnt speak much english). The croissant looked as if it was heated in the microvawe (and tasted like that as well). Give it... More

We go there for breakfast. Ordered coffee, tea, quiche Lorraine, croissant and carrot cake. Coffee was good and quiche Lorraine too (not like in France, but ok). Carrot cake was the surprise: very tasty. I recommend it. Service is friendly but slow.

Wanted to find somewhere to have a quiet tea/coffee and a cake, buiscuit or croissant. The coffee was ok, the tea was cold, and to top it all off they charged 45,000 dong for a stale chocolate croissant... I'm not sure if this is the price they always charge, or if they just decided to opportunistically con us because we... More
