Saw many trip advisor saying the cakes are nice, it was indeed upto the reputation. Tiramisu cake, lemon tart and milk chocolate cake was good. Hot chocolate was one of the best I tasted in sapa. We were on our way to visit the waterfall so decided to have food as well, the pesto spaghetti was amazing, the baguette is... More

We have been to this restaurant many times over the last five years. Its part of the Hoa Sua organisation that trains disadvantaged youth in cooking and hospitality. So most of the staff are trainees - please be considerate of this and recognise that they wont be quite as professional as you might find elsewhere, and some speak very limited... More

Read about this in the lonely planet book, quirky for coffee, sandwiche and good choice of cakes. Popular with treckers and Young visitors. Very good price and good service

I visited a couple of weeks ago with two other friends. We had read reviews and were excited for the desserts and to get a hot chocolate. We went out of our way to get there. I ordered an apple crumble which came out as some tinned stewed apple on a plate with a couple of crumbs on top. It... More

Had a nice Viet coffee and slice of delicious cake after wandering around SaPa on a rainy day. Definitely check it out!

I had a great breakfast here, and some really nice ginger tea (which they called an infusion). Menu seemed pretty wide, and the cakes/desserts in the window looked delicious. There is a man who stands outside and offers bus tickets and motor scooters; he approached some other customers offering bus tickets, which I think is unprofessional (they were eating and... More

I saw many positive reviews of this place so I wanted to give it a taste! The service was good. But the taste and texture of the cakes were just average, I always loved eating the buns and breads in Vietnam! I think that the Vietnamese are very good at baking or anything with flour so I expected that they... More

The drinks were nice and the tarts were delicious. Great place to escape the cold and warm up with a hot coffee or chocolate. The atmosphere could have been nicer with a little more effort put into the decor, however, I enjoyed my visit.

It's a bit of a climb but totally worth it, even just for the hot chocolate. You're also helping students when you dine there, so that's a bonus. I also recommend the citron friand.
