We ate dinner, breakfast and lunch at the Shady Shack, and all 3 were our favourite meals the entire month we were in Bali. The value for money, service and menu variety is amazing, and the quality of the food and drinks are amazing. It is food any person dreams about!

My boyfriend and I ate at this little place twice in our stay! He's plant-based and I'm a meat eater; even as a carnivore, I found the food great. The atmosphere is phenomenal and we both like what this place stands for.
It has a plethora of options of plant-based eaters - from mains, apps, and even desserts (which looked great). The burger I got was good and I felt really light afterwards, which is definitely not how I feel after I eat a regular burger. I admit I was craving a juicy burger when I came and it didn't HIT the craving but really impressed me.
My boyfriend loved his! We actually came back and had the Naked Falafel which I loved. Great vibes and definitely worth a try :)

We visited the Shady Shack for brunch before hitting the beach. Safe to say, the food portions here don’t disappoint & the coffee is really good! I ordered the berry bush smoothie bowl with a latte, and my partner ordered the paradise smoothie bowl with a chai latte.
Both bowls are heaped with goodness, arrived promptly with hot drinks, service was really good, and the ambiance is relaxed.
Overall would recommend, however for a Bali Budget, it’s on a par with some European prices if your budget can afford it.

It gets busy quiet early so I recommend you to go around 9 or even a bit earlier. We went there just for breakfast a couple of times and we really liked it. Once we got scrambles eggs while the second time we enjoyed very much some eggs cook in some Japanese style, unfortunately I don't remember the name, but they were delicious! Amazing matcha latte and smoothies!

We visited this cute little establishment for dinner and were not disappointed. They have a good menu selection.
The food was fresh and tasty, the flavours were delicious and drinks menu had a range of healthy drinks and probiotic drinks.
Good ambience and atmosphere.

There are many vegan vegetarian restaurant in Cangoo but Shady Shack next to Samadi and Bali Buda is my favorite. Deco is simple but nice, menu is really big with all healthy option , and raw desserts are many to chose from and amazing ( raw cacao avocado mousse in a jar is heaven) . Indeed because of the food it is also well known and busy so tables are tight. But one needs to be relaxed over this in Cangoo i think

Over my family’s holiday in Bali we dined at Shady Shack three times and every time was amazing. The service was quick and the waiters were very hospitable, helpful and friendly. As a vegetarian it was incredibly refreshing to be able to order everything on the menu, and an expansive menu it was. Even the meat eaters in my family were happy with their meals. Highlights included poke bowl, açai bowl, Nasi goreng, nachos, breaky burger and a ton more.
Additionally the atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice, calm and chill.

Best food in Canggu hands down. We came here two days in a row and had the most amazing vegans and vegetarian dishes with good service. Bonus is the vodka slushies they serve. Highly recommend!

This is a great place for a vegan lunch with superb smoothies and coffee.
Just super frustrating with chaotic system to get a table. We waited 45 minutes whilst people who arrived just grabbed any table. No system to manage the process. The waiters are totally ambivalent because they are busy. This seems to happen quite often in Bali so I guess you go with the flow.

So natural and ofc the food are amazing
If you confused to order.
Just order Vegan Nacos, you won’t regret it it’s so amazing Looks so colorful, I didn’t expect it. The taste is so delicious and yeah I thought it will be a light lunch but actually its so heavy hahaha but yeah I love it

If you love banana and coconut, you have to try the banana oats. It was really good. I wish I could make my oats like this at home! The smashed studs (potato) with rosemary were also very nice!

Large, tasty, healthy servings in laid back garden setting. Mix of communal & individual tables just works. Peek inside the shack itself and you’ll be tempted by an array of vegan cakes & treats.

We ordered the Vegan Burger and Burrito. Both were tasteless, the burger was soggy and disappointing. As for the burrito, I had one bite and that’s it, couldn’t have anymore, no flavour whatsoever. They did however remove the burrito from the bill along with. Green lemon tea that was just cold water. There are much better places to go in Canggu than here!

Oh wow so delicious! We came back multiple times. Prices are fairly reasonable for todays Bali prices and being in Canggu (which is mostly crazzzy expensive). We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and it was great every time. Incredible service and beautiful spot.

Amazing lunch. We’ve come here two days in a row looking for food that can nourish us while in Bali. Treat your tastebuds to this menu. You wont be disappointed. The inspiring vegan in me has been so excited to eat like this!! 💚💚💚
