When friends fly in we head to the St. Elais for some pizza and a good beer. The service is good and the food and beer is great. Lots of locals eat here and if the weather allows they have a large outdoor eating area. It is a great place for friends to start their stay in the Soldotna area.

Not only is the place fun to eat at, but the staff is very friendly, the food is good, and your belly will be full. I was pleased all around.

We arrived early - about 4:30 - for a quick business meeting before we had dinner. Food is good - the salads are very large - pizza excellent. The beer is great. Our server was top notch! Understand the reviews about seating but we did just fine with a party of 8.

Went here for dinner and had a few types of pizza. The food was great, but was a little slow to get. I'm glad we are here, but wish they had more variety (fish especially) on the menu.

Nice local spot with eleven taps. Friendly staff offers tastings before purchasing and very friendly. Very clean restautant. We had pizza cooked in brick oven and beer. Went back for seconds. We suggest getting the pizza well done. Green giant double ipa is crazy good. Great place to chill if its raining or you need a fishing break.

The only reason I rate this place a 4 and not 5 is because it's so blasted noisy. That's because it's good food, beer and BUSY!!!! Perhaps it'll be a nice evening and you can be outside where it's more peaceful - that's pleasant. Anyway, this is suppose to be about the food I suppose. Their salads are delicious and... More

The parking lot is always full. Seating is hard to find. The waitress I had was terrible. The food wasn't good. Especially for the price, which makes me wonder how this place competes in a tough local market. Answer: It's the beer. They serve a lot of local beer on tap. If you want pizza + beer. The pizza is... More

We ate at this place since a customer recommended it. The service was slow and the food was just OK. Wasn't bad but it was not awesome either. Must be a popular place because it was packed on Friday and Saturday evenings. If you are in Soldotna give it a try...
