We went there twice. Once on a Monday. I got fish and chips that were excellent. Fish had a light crunch on the outside and was not overcooked, fries were some of the best I've ever had. Staff is friendly. We went back on Wednesday...because that is the day they have crawfish and shrimp pot pies. However, I didn't get it because the (very knowledgeable) waiter said it was made with beef and chicken broth. So I got the vegetable linguini instead. It was good and a large portion so I couldn't eat it all. My husband got the Captain's Plate and was very happy. He said the scallops were perfect. Definitely a place to eat in Kodiak.More

We went here 3 times while we stayed here as there aren't many places to eat. The best service is at the bar! It took a long time to order the other 2 times that we had a table. Staff was friendly but maybe just...too much for them to handle in a timely manner. The food was good. It wasn't very consistent. One day the fish & chips were delicious and the other it was overcooked. Had tuna one night and asked for rare, but it was medium. Some good beer and wine choices.More

Friendly, attentive waitstaff. Food was good, beer was cold! Stopped in before and after a fishing trip.

We really enjoyed dining at Henry's. Our waiter was fantastic and so helpful in his recommendations. The food was delicious. Nice selection of menu choices. Comparable in prices as other eateries that serve fish and seafood.

Friendly staff and very tasty food. Had the Smoked Salmon on a salad that was recommended by our waitress. Tasted wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

We started with beers (very nice selection on draft) and excellent onion rings. I had an enormous Cobb salad that I could only eat half of. My husband had the "Every day" Tuna, ordering it rare, and it was cooked perfectly. The wasabi sauce was...spicy and great. Service was friendly and efficient. Numerous TVs throughout, which we don't like as they are so distracting.More

well known restaurant in cental Kodiak City. Large menu with lots of options, fun atmosphere, and friendly waiters. Food in Alaska, including Kodiak City, is expensive. but food is good.

I stop here on every fishing trip.....both coming and going. Food is good, beer is excellent, and employees generally friendly.

Kodiak is short on places to eat so you will have to come back here eventually. Food is ok, and the whole experience is just ok. Nothing here in any of my trips has really knocked my socks off or made me want to come...back. I just get tired of cooking at home or eating at the other places and come back here for something different. They do have a few items that are unique to them but again it is just average bar food nothing tastes great.More
