On a drizzly Juneau day the best solution is a good cup of coffee. This place solved the riddle. I waited for the pot to brew and got the first cup. It was worth the wait. Good coffee and good service. I recommend it. There are a lot of little coffee shops around, but for a good cup you can't... More

This place is a pleasant departure from the tourist sites in downtown Juneau. We had wonderful gelato there and it seemed very popular for coffee. They will give you a code for free wifi if you purchase something.

It was nice, good coffee, good breakfast, but frustrating to use wifi. Reasonable, though, considering all the folks who come through there, if everyone spent an hour there, many would go somewhere else for lack of room. IT is bustling, not quiet, so if you like a noisy busy room, this is the place.

Nice decor and environment to hang out and eat and visit - plenty of variety to drink, eat, and be social either on your electronic device or in person. But the prices are high for just being a cafe, and a stop and go. More likely paying higher because of the brand name, and curb appeal. Downtown catering higher prices.

On a cruise with no wi-fi (tough life) so checked in the cafe and yes, free wi-fi and it is very fast and free. The coffee is excellent. Did not try the snadwhiches but those we spotteed looked very good. The cafe does their own coffee roasting (off site) and its available for sale in the cafe. Good service, clean... More

We stopped in to get out of the rain and use our smart phones. We are Starbucks fans so, we were not expecting much from this place. We were pleasantly surprised. First off this place is crazy busy with tourists and locals. Be patient. There is an assortment of pre made pastry and they have sandwiches. Nice. Waitstaff is young... More

Nice location, this one is in downtown. Had breakfast there, hot chocolate was good and ultimate cheesse sandwich was awesome! Serivice was ok, a little slow but this is not a fast food place.

I had 4 great coffees from different Heritage coffee shops. IF you are in Juneau for any length of time get one of their frequent flyer cards. You'll get a discount after spending 30.00.

Heritage Cafe is a great to place for casual dining in Juneau. It isn't one of the touristy places. The good is really good and the atmophere is laid back.
