Lots of locals go to Cafe Cups. We have met friends there over the last four years for meals, drinks or just dessert. Each time I leave feeling that the staff is working their butts off and so busy that they are frazzled. And, to me, part of being in the hospitality business is being hospitable. And, no matter how... More

Our family, 5 adults 2 children had dinner at this friendly whimsical establishment. The decor was fun, service attentive and t he food, marvelous! My daughter and grandson had king crab legs, I had salmon/rockfish combination, my granddaughter chicken strips, we all cleaned our plates. I will definitely return to cafe cups when visiting Homer.

Ordered the fish and salad, fish was a touch dry but the salad was amazing. First decent salad I've had in Alaska, not a piece of bloody iceberg lettuce in sight!

I have eaten in a few places outside the spit before but never here. We wanted to try something different and felt like seafood. **SUMMERTIME, MAKE RESERVATIONS** The restaurant is fun and quirky. Staff was quick to seat us and get us started with water and our menus. We ordered the chicken and scallop pate and the twisted fettuccine. Omg,... More

Need reservation in summer. Two couples on vacation for dinner. Good wine selection and very well done cocktails. Meals ranged from prawns, halibut, lamb and steak. All were cooked perfectly and arrived at the table together. This is a smallish cafe and can be a bit crowded and 'noisy', but not impossible to communicate. Prices may seem a bit high,... More

I got the ribs meal and the ribs were dry, and my girlfriend got the cheese burger for a third of the price and had way more better prepared food. So just make sure you know what your getting unless you don't mind paying much more for much less (quality and quantity). Cool building tho . .

We were told that the restaurant was booked for the evening we wanted to eat dinner, but that it saved a few spaces for people without reservations and we could always come and see what the wait was like. We arrived, were told of a 20-minute wait, decided to wait, and within 10 minutes were seated for a delicious meal.... More

The Café Cups was recommended to us by locals. Fantastic fresh meal made with local fair. Very small café, recommend reservations.

The building alone is enough to go here. Very nicely decorated on the outside. The food is OK, but it was a bit cramped and too noisy.
