My husband and I stopped here for breakfast on our way to Seward. It is a little coffee shop/snack bar eatery inside the ski rental place/lodge. The food was delicious and it was fun to image how busy the place is during the winter. Definitely recommend.

From espresso to smoothies... breakfast sandwiches to hot sandwiches, you can't go wrong with a visit to the Java Haus. I frequent the Java Haus daily in the winter. It is a great place to get espresso and a breakfast sando prior to hitting the slopes of Mt. Alyeska.

I like the Java Haus at the daylodge at Alyeska. They have great coffee, and I love their different soup choices. it's nice to have it right in the lodge so you can eat something hot in between runs. They also have a great sandwich menu with fun Alaska names. Lots of menu options and great soup and sandwiches. Especially... More

Located at the resort, this is the perfect spot to grab breakfast and coffee. Everything is fresh and the service is good. You can get your food and go grab a table in the atrium area. It is a little pricey, but worth it.

this is a 'funky' little coffee shop located in the Daylodge at alyeska resort. they offer an excellent variety of breakfast items and serve them all day. it is a walk-up to the counter to order and pay. their lunch menu is also quite well-rounded. great food, pretty fast service, and good prices. e.g. $8 for a LARGE breakfast burrito.... Every year I drive school kids to the local ski resort and I will fight with other drivers to do the trip just so I can go to the Java Haus. I already know what I will order next year and have known for the last 4 years that I will be eating a "Jolly Roger". They also have amazing... More

Java Haus is located in the Daylodge at the base of Alyeska Resort. I especially like their latte's but they can make any coffee drink you want! They also have a good selection of specialty teas and make really delicious breakfast sandwiches!

If you don't want to get your Java from the Tesoro complex at the Girdwood turnoff, come here for great coffee and good pastries! Like most places, the coffee was made to order. I had a Shot in the Dark, and it was prepared perfectly. We also got brownies (gluten-free to boot) that came from the Terra Bella bakery in... More

I am so sad that we did not discover this place until our last day as it was fantastic. Most of the trip, I got coffee and food from the cafe in the hotel (just OK). On our last day, we stopped here, and I got a latte and the #1 - Ragamuffin (Breakfast Sandwich). The latte was delicious and... More
