While vacationing in Girdwood we heard about Double Musky so gave it a try. They don't take reservations and the place was packed! We had about a 45 minute wait but were able to enjoy a glass of wine in the bar. My husband had the HUGE pepper steak (their specialty) and I had deep fried prawns. Both were delicious... More

It's quaint, expensive, but good good. You wouldn't take your family. Mostly for dates and couples. I enjoyed every morsel. Nice drive scenic route.

This restaurant is right across the road from Carriage House B&B. The food is very good, service is quick and we ate there both nights of our stay. Convenient AND tasty!

We had been warned that the entrees were very large so we stuck to appetizers. We had three and that was plenty for us - with a dessert to finish. The food was really good and service was also very good. The restaurant is very busy, so be prepared for a 30 minute wait for a table, fortunately there is... More

When I remember all that was wonderful and magical about Alaska, I remember the sumptuous coconut salmon and plum sauce at the Double Musky. This is the stuff from which culinary dreams are made!

This is one of the best restaurants in Alaska. The food is always amazing. Make sure you try an appetizer with your meal. Everything is very delicious, and you will not be disappointed that you went there. They don't take reservations, so you will probably have to wait in a line, but the wait is worth it.

My wife could not believe the food, she had the breaded Prawns with tartar sauce and could not quit eating them...she also did not share any with me. Although I didn't really care as I had the crab stuffed Halibut with a Cajun twist, absolutely splendid meal. The bread was fantastic and not easily duplicated by us home bakers. The... More

My wife, brother, sister-in-law, and myself stopped by here because several locals told us we had to stop by, even for just a drink. We grabbed a spot at the bar (my brother and I had to stand the whole time) and had a couple of Alaskan beers and specialty cocktails. We ordered 1/2 lb of Alaskan King Crab Legs... More

Great food and great service. A little pricy even for Alaska and an extremely long wait for a table but the meal was worth it.

We went for dinner. Everything was very delicious. The only hiccup was the waitress not offering key components of the meal. We saw other tables with bread and salad. We asked her and she said oh yeah entree meals come with salad and bread. Do you want any? Well at that point we had eaten appetizers and our entrees were... More
