Our family stopped in this ice cream shop after hiking the Winner Creek Trail. Yes, ice-cream was $3.50 per scoop, but we noticed that is about the price of any other ice cream shop in the places we traveled during our stay in AK. The ice cream was great. My favorite was the "Moosetracks" flavor. My husband and daughter enjoyed... More

This is the only icecream shop in this area. The icecream was good if not great. It is a family run business and they've got some unique flavors. I had chocolate scoop and it was OK.

There was a lively afternoon atmosphere when we arrived at the ice cream shop, and it was just an enjoyable summer experience to stop by. There were delicious looking flavors including Alaskan themed flavors like fireweed and honey and Alaskan wildberry.

We love stopping for ice cream at the Ice Cream Shop. We really like the Maui Waui ice cream. It is like sherbert. Yum!

The ice cream is hand made and like you will not find anywhere else. They have flavors for Alaska. They make the best shakes. Took the grandkids here for the first time and they loved it. When we have had visitors from the lower 48, we always stop here. It is also a great place for a rest stop on... More

The Polar Bear & Moose Tracks ice cream were delicious. The Cappuccino was also very good. The girls behind the counter were super fast, courteous and encouraged you to try any flavor before deciding. Prices are steep, but then again you get what you pay for, it is locally made ice cream.

With that knowledge the ice cream here to delightful. Their fireweed/honey combination is a unique and wonderful flavor. The shoppe could be more fantastic by creating specialty sandwich cookies. Such as lemon cookies with the flavor above as a filling. Tasty idea, eh?

I was helped by a high schooler, she wasn't very helpful nor friendly. Ice cream was good, brownies with my Sunday wasn't worth eating. Good for a quick ice cream pick up, price a little steep. But I'm still getting use to Alaska prices.

Average ice cream but outrageously expensive. Three cones for $16.00. Decent atmosphere in shop. Quick service and good location.

Stopped here for a snack after hiking. Good ice cream and friendly service. Easy to find on the corner of Alyeska highway and Rt 1 - Seward Highway.
