We had dinner here after a long day. Our dishes were good, my wife had a drink and I had an Alaskan Amber beer and everything was good.

Hubby and I checked into the Alyeska Hotel for our last night in AK. It had rained all day, and we really didn't want to leave this beautiful hotel for dinner. We decided to try Aurora and were seated pronto at 7:30. We ordered the Smoked seafood 12" pizza and beet salad. We both agreed....the BEST ever, and we've had... More

This is the only lunch/dinner/happy hour restaurant in the Alyeska Hotel itself that has a view. The food is average - halibut is great, burger is great, pizza is mediocre, salads are mediocre, breadsticks are actually pretty good, calamari is average. That being said, you would think that at the only high-end resort within probably 100 miles (I don't know...),... More

We ate in the bar section the first day we were there because they had a long wait for the sit down restaurant side. Food was ok but not great. Second night we were seated on the restaurant side. One of our party order pizza and we knew that pizza would take longer but we were ok with that. Other... More

The staff was great and so was the food. We didn't get in until 1030pm and it wasn't an issue. Only one of a few places open that late.

Food was average, their homemade pasta was very stodgy- both the fettuccine Alfredo and the Pasta chicken Parmesan. Calamari as a starter was ok, couldn't taste any calamari only seasoning? Was there any calamari I don't think so

Good food and beer. Selections are all pricey, as is eating out in Alaska in general. Be careful of what you pick though. The pasta dish was fairly small for the price but the pizza and sandwiches were huge. Try the Chicken Parm!

Nice casual dining in the hotel. The food is good, the service is good. The seating area is pretty small, and the place was packed with a 2 hr + wait and they don't take reservations, so plan ahead and get there early.

This is a good place for casual dining and drinks - you can choose to sit in restaurant area or bar area, same food and service but more casual to meet other guests for a chat. View up the mountain to Round House and Seven Glaciers restaurant in the cable car station are very pleasant.
