Super fresh fish served from a cute boat outside the local fishing club. You can eat there whilst overlooking the beach or take away with you. The fish burger was my favourite!

very good food, a lovely spot to dine in right beside the lagoon and within walking distance of Muri Beach, the fish was moist and the batter to die for

The fish and chips here really are as good as the review say. It's not a place to go for a fancy night out as it's really more of a taleaway with tables, but if you want a casual setting (in a boat), near the sea with some great fish and chips and a beer, this is the place. There's... More

We ate here twice during our holiday and have to say that we were all very impressed at the generous portions and the quick service. The staff are very friendly. And to be able to purchase a drink from the bar was a bonus. The 2 boys tackled the hamburgers and gave them a big "thumbs up". It was a change... More

The Flying Boat Fish & Chips has by far the best fish and chips on the island. The restaurant is literally a boat where you order your food and sit outside to enjoy it. The restaurant is right on the beach and you can take your food out onto the beach to eat it. There is nothing negative to say... More

I LOVE Fish and Chips, and try to find them on every vacation. We found the fish and chips here to be mediocre. We didn't try any of the others on the island, so I can't tell you if this was the best. But I can say that this was the most disappointing meal of the trip. Be sure and... More

We went to the Flying Boat on a Tuesday evening around 7:30pm. With a large group, we were aware that our food may take a bit longer to arrive, but they had an option on the menu for 12 pieces of fish plus chips and a 1.5L coke. So we went for this assuming that because it was on the... More

As the title says, best fish and chips, there are good burgers etc too. Don't leave it too late to go or the wait is just too long. For a family meal (with small kids) go early evening to beat the rush. We have waited over an hour more than once! Although the quality is what keeps us coming back,... More

The Flying Boat has freshly frozen parrot-fish back on its menu. Makes a tastier change from their regular tuna. The servings have shrunk, although the price is the same. Hungry diners may want to order an extra piece or two of fish, like we needed to for dinner. Chips were crispy though. Prices at the Fishing Club bar remain the... More

If you are enjoying a few quiet very cheap drinks at the Game Fishing Club Raro, you can sample the delicious meals from the boat seaside at this venue. Great food, quick service, take away or eat in....dont miss it.
